Amazing placement for a shop! Love the vibe that the workers give off! They are all polite and kind. I wish they had a bike rack but there fence works fine.
We rarely order Caribou Coffee from a different location. The Caribou Coffee on Lexington in Shoreview makes our drinks correctly everytime! Kid-friendliness: Their kids hot chocolate is made to a kid friendly temperature and is delicious! Their competitors hot chocolate is nasty. I don't care for it and my kids won't drink the competitors hot chocolate even though there is a hint of chocolate in it.
September 11, 2022. Only leaving a 2 Star review because the coffee tasted fine; my review is regarding my experience. I feel bad for the 2 girls there this morning working by themselves, it was clearly busy, however, visiting a coffee shop should be a fun and lively experience hello, coffee and it was clear these 2 couldn't be bothered by the people who came inside. A smile would go a long way...Also, 4 Soliders entered after I'd already paid for my coffee and seeing as it's 9/11, I discretely tried to give the ladies a $20 to go toward their coffee and instead of even acknowledging it, I felt as though I was causing them more work. SO disappointed in the Customer Service this morning.
Friendly staff and never too crowded. I've not had a bad cup of coffee from here yet. It's a reliable place to go get some work done. Bathroom can get a bit untidy at times, but I can sympathize as some seem to come in only to use it without ordering a coffee.
I don't normally drink coffee. I do like their coffee, it seems to have a less bitter taste than most. The staff were pleasant and I was in and out in a couple min.
It’s disgusting the young woman working here aren’t properly compensated for their work. You know how hard it is to tip at this store? Who cares about the rest of the review if they don’t treat their employees well, who cares. Coffee isn’t worth someone being paid trash for a complex difficult job. Edit: to the staff working there, never let anyone tell you your value, you deserve to be treated well by everyone even if your bosses say otherwise

They staff did not seem friendly at all. I watch people come in after me get their drinks first. Come to find out they didnt even make mine. I politely asked for a refund because I was about to be late. The lady that gave me a refund did not apologize or even smile. She didn't offer to try and fix it, just coldly asked me what size. I still tipped 20% which I didnt get back with my refund. Maybe they were busy and that's understandable but at least be nice.
Super friendly team and in a great location! Has both inside and a drive thru. I placed a mobile order ahead of time and worked great to pickup through the drive thru.
