Never received my order. I went ahead and gave them a call after nearly two hours wondering where my order was. The employee told me that my order was delivered to one of the 5 buildings where I work at and I even gave them special instructions on where to deliver. I'm sure the person that supposedly delivered my food could have simply called me and I would have met up with him. Jimmy Johns is not fast at all.

I ordered my food at 12:00pm, called at 1:30pm and the guy over the phone says my food was delivered, I looked everywhere at work and it was nowhere to be found. I even had specific delivery instructions on where to deliver my food, couldn’t even follow simple instructions. I can’t believe how unprofessional and uncoordinated the delivery personnel is. There is no way to track my order online or through email, delivery driver could of at least called me to tell me where he dropped my food off at. This is such an inconvenience, freaky fast? More like Freaky slow Looks like my delivery driver got a free lunch. Employer at the store says they will credit me, I didn’t ask for a credit I asked for a refund because I will not order food from this location again nor will I go inside to eat.  Would not recommend anyone to order food from this location

No avocado on my #6. So dissapointed to swing in on my work lunch only to eat a piece of cheese with bread. Went back in after work to see if they would fix this issue. Nope was told that they made it right, even though I showed them pictures.  Wont be going back- worst experience

A tiny bug fell out of my sandwich. Most disgusting meal I’ve ever experienced. Will not go back.

Nice putting up "drive thru only" signs and no arrows pointing in the direction to get into it so I can just drive aimlessly around the building hoping I'm going in the right direction to be able to ENTER the drive thru.Food: 5/5

The workers and drivers are awesome and do a great job even though they have to be understaffed. It took over an hour for my sandwich to arrive on Sunday so maybe that is just a bad day to order from there. I think the sandwiches were made right away but weren't able to be delivered for a long time due to being understaffed so they were kinda warm. Ownership needs to step it up, this happens like everytime I order from this location.

Very chill environment with a cool temperature to escape the heat. We were probably in there for a half hour and not one bad song played. Nice staff, Paul and others were super helpful through the whole process of our order. Clean bathrooms were a bonus! They didn’t cut my 16’ sandwich in half, but to be fair, I didn’t really ask. Very solid Jimmmy John’s sesh.

I'm being generous giving it a 2 star. My wife and I have had bad experiences with this locations the last two times we've gone. The first time my wife ordered and paid for extra meat and definitely did not get extra meat. The second time we placed an online order for one sandwich and it took them 30 minutes to get it ready. We arrived at the location within five minutes of placing the order between us getting there and us finally getting our sandwich, they only had one person go through the drive thru and one person leave the store itself. My wife had to go in and ask if they had gotten the order even though we had received a notification that they had. When she asked they marked the order as complete so it would look like they got it out in a reasonable time in the app, but it was another 15 minutes before the sandwich was ready. We won't be going back to this location.

Jimmy johns is great. However, this establishment... not especially. Went there for drive thru during lunch hour. I expect to wait a little. Not for 10+ minutes and then to just see 2 guys just laughing and joking around not really working. Then the lady doing all the work taking orders asks them for my order which isn't done yet...after already waiting 10 minutes. Not freaky fast
