Unfriendly staff. Every day they prop open back door for long periods to bring out trash instead of closing between trips. Place gets freezing. Even when negative temps. Asked once to close between trips and you thought I asked them to do something terrible.Food: 4/5
They screw up all.the.time. I pay more for milk alternatives, and they give me dairy. I get espresso over ice, and they give me it hot literally happened yesterday—and she was confidently condescending about how they did it right despite the sticker saying otherwise. They never seem to know what coffee they actually have because they'll give you "xxx roast" that I know is actually "xyz roast" they're passing off. The list goes on and on. They never know anything about any company wide promotions, either, and it's a bigger hassle than it's worth to sort it out with them. I've tried speaking with supervisors and been told and/or promised one thing or another only to go in later with no one knowing what I'm referring to. Vegetarian options: All the coffee is probably vegetarian
I absolutely love this location! My drinks are always spot on and the customer service is always so good! Always makes my mobile orders quickly!
Starbucks is the McDonald's of coffee. It's ok. Serviceable. If you want a latte, they'll make one for you and it will technically match the definition of a latte.
Sales person shared level 6 to have pkg beans ground for use in Keurig. Much appreciated. Discovered decaf beans in basket next to counter. Not on shelf with caffeine beans. Sales person didn't know about this. Said if decaf pkg not on shelf, then they're out and none in back storage. Glad I did a search.Food: 5/5
There's no handicap parking out front. I parked as close as I could. I got a caramel latte but it didn't taste as good as I remember it being before. Not sure if I forgot something.Service: 5/5
Have been witnessing inappropriate and disrespectful behavior toward customers and workers alike by what seemed to be the managing staff? Was really uncomfortable both times I went, would recommend avoiding this location.
Tried the Nitro Cold Brew for the first time today. It was not very cold and was very watery. Would not get again
I absolutely love this starbucks. They always are super nice and super quick.Food: 5/5
Great location but on a very busy intersection so can be difficult to leave depending on the direction you’re heading. Definitely better off going inside rather than using the drive through in the morning unless you’re willing to wait forever. Baristas are all friendly.
