For years my husband has told me that Pancheros is better than Chipotle, but it wasn't until last night that I finally admitted the truth I've known all along. Pancheros is just better! They mix up the burrito ingredients before wrapping it, queso is FREE, their bell peppers weren't mushy, and they have Mr Pibb. Phenomenal. The atmosphere in the restaurant was just right last night so I took this magical picture, thank you Pancheros employees, you guys made a believer out of me!
Such a great experience! The employees were very friendly and efficient! I ordered a regular chicken burrito. Very good! One of the employees was wearing a Green Bay Packer stocking hat, and I complimented it bc I am also a fan, and he gave me a free beverage!!! Will definitely come back!
Pancheros feeds me atleast twice a week. One of the best deals for food quality/quantity for the price. They say you can have only two of three things, fast service, quality service, or cheap service. Pancheros is one of the only businesses Ive seen that do all three so well. Very nice folks working there too.
worst experience ever. only had 2 younger girls up front handling orders while women were in the back coming back and forth. these two girls seemed so nervous which i understand. i arrived and told them i was there for a pickup order. they kept giving each other looks and didn’t say anything to me. took awhile but they were actually still working on my order. one girl made my burrito and the wrapping broke, i understand. so she picked up all the fillings and moved it to the second wrapping just to roll it and the second wrapping broke as well. by now i was frustrated because the girl was also rude. she said she can’t do it anymore and made her coworker re make another burrito. this second girl started doing it and as she got to the end she says there was no more of a specific sauce; which the first girl didn’t even care to tell me and obviously was just going to let it be. I was so frustrated by the unprofessionalism. Mind you more customers were coming in and as the long got longer 2nd girl kept telling 1st girl to come help and she just ignored 2nd gal. I don’t know- the unprofessionalism and rudeness. Let’s just say I wasn’t hungry no more and wanted a refund. Very Unsatisfied. TRAIN YOUR WORKERS TO BE BETTER.
I got the burrito at Panchero’s. The ingredients seemed very fresh and they were tasty. My favorite part is that they mix the ingredients together before folding the burrito. Also the fresh made tortilla is amazing. For some reason it was cold when I ate it though.
Nice to sit and have a quiet lunch and conversation! Good food, friendly service. Parking is great too.Food: 5/5
I usually don't leave bad reviews, but to say I'm disappointed is putting it lightly. The workers except one guy who was putting veggies on were all kinda mean for no reason and seemed annoyed that we even were there. This was our first time trying pancheros and it was a pretty bad experience. I couldn't even tell the steak was steak. It was grey and colorless. The quesadilla we got had hardly any meat in it. It was soggy and the worker dragged the meat across the front counter to the back counter and dripped it all over my burrito on the way to the quesadilla. The only good thing was the chips and queso. Not sure if other locations are better but I'd steer clear of this one.
I've been a fan of Pancheros for a long time. My daughters and I used to go to the one in Minneapolis before the TWolves games years ago. So I quickly became a fan of the Arden Hills location - until today. This is the fourth or fifth time I've shown up to find a closed store. Same excuse: short-staffed. Pay your people a livable wage and they'll show up. Until then I'm done! Chipotle is across the street.
Our online order wasn't ready when we arrived which was fine. The employee ignored us at first then attempted to make our order without caring about the accuracy or quality of our order. Seemed annoyed we were there and that he had an order to make. He kept touching his hair with his gloves. The place was disgusting with food and garbage everywhere.
Beware mobile pickup, they will skip your order and work on customers in the line and say that they are working on your order. Make sure to go when it is not busy. They have 6 people working on 1 order.Service: 1/5
