If they don't get my order wrongI mostly come at 3am in the dead of night so there's no rush or excuse to get it wrong, they lie and say "cash only" to deter people from coming. I believed it several times and just went on home but tonight I decided to go the ATM next door and pay the $5.00 ATM fee to get cash for food. I came back, ordered, and since she didn't immediately say cash only I asked "card or cash" and she said "either or is fine". This was literally 2 minutes later. The establishment depends on its employees and the employees are actively deterring business simply because they're not willing to do what they are paid to do. I've left feeling physically sick from hunger pain on account of someone else's laziness and I am pretty upset considering I am working the same shift different job and I don't shirk my responsibilities. This establishment needs to do better. There were three employees in the building at the time of this incident. One of which was a manager. Nobody was overworked in any way and I can say this with confidence because I have worked food service in the past.
They have improved on getting orders straight. And the wait is much better. Food has been good and freshly cooked . One of My Favorite Ladies is back always a pleasure to talk with her.Food: 4/5
Well here we go again. Thought we would give them another try. We'll lets just say I'm done with the cedar springs McDonalds they can't get orders right for nothing in the world. Ask for fresh food and get left overs. The people of cedar springs deserve better than what they can give. How about retraining. If your feeling lucky and and don't feel like driving to a casino go here and take your chances good luck.
No meat or egg on a breakfast bagel... is this how they intend to increase profits by not including the main ingredients of their items and charging full price.
Visited today and it was the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. There were no live people available to take orders - the kiosk HAD to be used for ordering and was slow. Every table was dirty - when I tried to get the attention of ANYONE at the counter to get someone to wipe them down - nobody acknowledged me standing there. My husband was just going to get paper towels from the very dirty bathroom but - no towels in there. I ended up using my own baby wipes to clean the tables before we could sit and eat. Garbages were overflowing and The play place was visibly dirty. Uhhh...they got our food order right so they had that positive.
The service is a little slow, the food is okay, and the atmosphere followed close behind it's food. It's convenient for when you're hungry, but don't have time to go shopping to make something Kid-friendliness: There isn't a play-place anymore, but kids are more than welcome here Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible entrance
I live not far from here so I go to this McDonald's more than I should. I have been keeping track of how many times I've gotten a messed up order. Based on my experience the is 58% wrong. Used to be a good drive though. Very disappointed.
We frequent McDonald's especially when traveling, which was the situation today. Staff was knowledgeable of menu and helpful. Wait time was quick!Food: 4/5
This is one of my favorite McDonalds locations. I'm not sure why, but their prices are lower than most franchises in the area. The food is always fresh and the service is friendly.
Was sick for 3 days after getting something from this mcdonalds because they couldn't bother to actually cook the burger then after trying to let them know what happened they just blew me off, glad I had stopped eating it on my way home when I noticed the texture was weird. It was dark out so I couldn't see it but I did take a picture once I got home.
