Ordered double mayo only. Went over it a 2nd time with order taker. Did not get what I ordered. People that are working there just standing around laughing talking not taking care of business. This Happens every time I have been to this Wendy’s. Not happy again.
My 10 yr old stated this was one of the best Wendy's. He enjoyed sitting at outside seating...beautiful!!Food: 5/5
As is the case with all fast food restaurants it’s hit or miss... however in today and yesterday’s case it was a HIT! Julian at the window was the best, full of energy and appears to be happy to be there unlike so many other fast food workers. Food was great as well. No issues, no complaints! All in all great experience. Thanks Wendys staff and thanks Julian sincerely sorry if I got your name wrong

Why tf is YALLL still open bc y'all sloppy just literally got a burger from there and bf brought it back and I looked at. It drenched in ketchup ... sandwich put. Poorly together I wonder would they eat it .... Not even a recommendation...
Came here to get breakfast. Placed my order through the app and pulled up to the window to pickup. When asked to move forward and park I questioned because no one was in the drive thru. She replied that she had a drive thru time so I needed to park. I don’t understand how businesses get away with this tactic. If you’re slow then you’re slow; no reason to hide it. Wendy’s may be considered fast food but their drive thru is slow food. It’s not my fault everyone was outside on a smoke break when I pulled up to retrieve my order. Do better! To add: I’m glad I questioned my order because she only had half of it supposedly and the rest started coming through as I sat there that doesn’t make any sense Update: I didn’t check the order before I made it home and what do you know I was missing part of the order. I called back to see what happened and was informed this happens sometimes when the additional sandwich is between two combos. Now I question this because doesn’t the cook make the orders and send them to be picked up…. With that being said that means the bagger missed it. Anyway, I called and spoke to someone who said they would write my name down and I could get a combo the next time I visited. She was nice and apologetic but I was the only person there so I just don’t see how my food was missing AND having to wait.
Wendy's is subpar in the downtown area of spartanburg. Slow service, slow lines, employees mess up the orders constantly here. I avoid Wendy's now.Food: 3/5
This Wendy's location needs help . Too many people standing around not providing work duties . Employees doing whatever they want which isn't providing a productive atmosphere for the business .Food: 4/5
Now I dont really give out five stars but the husband and wife couple that ran this Wendy's was awesome the husband was really the one that push me to give this Wendy's five stars he was doing up sales to me and he was really welcoming and friendly his customer service skills is what handbooks are made of he was really professional and even let me know that they was hiring if I knew of anyone that needed employment
