Went with the kiddos! My 16 year old tried the loaded mac and cheese and really liked it! My 12 year old had the chicken tenders and curly fries always happy with those. I had the turkey bacon ranch market fresh sandwich, very big, but good to have something thats not fried!! Amazing fries. I eat Arby's a lot and this is my 1st tike at this location and there fries were really really good highly recommend. Also great customer service especially this one worker that has a heart on her hat and was talking about her Buick.

I had the Reubens sandwich which was perfectly made with the right portion size. I was traveling so purchased 4 original roast beef to save fir later with a friend. Service was wonderful! I would go back. Parking: Clean area. Easy, fast off-on from expressway.
Stopped into Arby's in Cedar Springs Mi, to grab lunch on the way to work. I was waited on and had my meal within 5 minutes. Very happy about that since time is always a factor when you're on your way to work! The entire restaurant was spotless, no searching around for a clean table here! Very capable staff, was asked if everything was satisfactory while enjoying my lunch as well. The food was very good also. Arby's will be on my lunch stop list as convenient, clean , quick and yummy!
Arby’s is one of the best fast food restaurants in Michigan. This also is one of the best managed staffs and the application is amazing.
We ordered 7 roast beef sandwiches and they were hard to eat because the meat was sliced so thick. I ordered a Diablo chicken sandwich and couldn’t eat it because the chicken was over cooked and sandwich had been made for a while, making it soggy, not crispy. Employees were friendly though.
Very very rude staff!!! Asked for a large water the lady gave me a medium, I didn’t know this was considered their “large water” so I asked to switch it to a bigger size, and pointed out the medium coke my boyfriend ordered was much bigger, the woman at the window got very cocky and said “well I can just take this back and give you and even smaller one if you want” which was very uncalled for and unprofessional! Just a little advice if you hate your job so damn much go somewhere else!! I will be calling up there again tomorrow to inform management.since the same girl at the window answered and continued with attitude.
Im not one to complain about fast food because I’ve worked in fast food and I know how stressful it can be, BUT this is the second time I have came here lately and the girl taking orders has an attitude for no reason at all. I just ignored it the first time but today I just left. I’m not gonna give my money to a business that I’m just gonna get attitude from I’ll take my business where it is appreciated.
I usually like Arby’s, they have good food, however, I went to this Arby’s one night to get a meal, paid for it, and got it fine. Then at 11:59, while I was sleeping at home, they charged me again for another meal. I called in to talk to a manager the next day to see what happened, and they told me to go in. So I did then they told me it was an issue with their machine and I should have the money back a week later, didn’t happen. Went in again, was told again to wait, haven’t received the money back. Went in again and left my name and number, and I haven’t received any response. All I want is the $21.04 that was charged wrongly back in my account or at least a meal that’s free.
