Great staff, they're under staffed as it seems all the fast food places are in the area so they have to close the lobby and operate drive thru only. Ownership should start paying better wages to these employees and they would have less difficulty finding and KEEPING staff. It's not the 1990s any more. Pay people what they're worth and you'll have plenty of happy staff.
This has got to be the slowest Burger King I have ever been to. The car in front of me had left for what seemed like 10 minutes while I sat a the first window just waiting to pay. I don't know if the person on the register in the drive-thru was a new hire or not. If she was give her time. Don't want her to get in trouble. Just slowwww.... Got to the pickup window and waited forever there also. Finally got my order. Oh yeah, they left out some of my order, of course. Went inside and the manager was nice. Nothing ba to say about her. I think she's expecting too...When traveling I expec prompt, correct service. Good thing I checked my order before I pulled off...
They were slow as molasses there. We were the only people in line & 3 people working there worried about one drive thru order. We waited over 10 minutes & the another person came up to the counter, who had pop & he waited longer than us to get the rest of his order. We then left. Poor service!!
Stood in line for 12 and a half minutes for darn fish sandwich no one else was in the inside they had a few cars and drive through someone needs to open up their eyes and fire somebody and hire somebody that can move faster it's called a fast food restaurant for one reasonFood: 3/5
The perfect burger So my girlfriend and I were hungry and in the spur of the moment we stopped at Burger King. I didn't think much of it at first, but when my girlfriend unwrapped her burger, she was pretty amazed. "perfect" was the only word she said. I believe this was the first ever time someone has described a Burger King burger as perfect. 10/10 the burgers are really circular.
Drive through was steady, dinning area was not. There was a full staff and the service was awful and the entire restaurant was filthy. Food on the floor behind the counter and in the dining area. The drink machine was dirty. Completely gross! It was 3:30 pm so lunch rush was definitely over.
The food is mid and they are literally the slowest "fast food" restaurant. They can't even get the orders right.Food: 3/5
Went for the Ghost Pepper Whopper and came home and not the advertised bun.. opened the sandwich had 1 small squirt of the sauce on 1/4 of the burger.. only ordered 2 of these and cost me $13 and some odd change.. NOT IMPRESSED.. I should've been told they didn't have the correct bun apon ordering because I wouldn't have wasted my time or money.. when I called it was a nonchalant ‍, not let us make this right. . NOTHING.. either make it right or me or my family will never return to this establishment.
Food is ALWAYS good, the whopper. Service was terrible. The person kept cutting me off while I was ordering likecI was taking up her time and there was only my car and another car at the drive through. Then when I said something about it, she huffed and asked me if I wanted anything else. BAD customer service!Food: 5/5
This location is so slow. They keep you at the money/pay window forever with small talk, or while they take 4 cars orders behind you, and then they take your money, even when there is nobody ahead of you. I would rather wait at the window to get my food than deal with the small talk and feeling ignored at the pay window. Also, staffing is always an issue here lately, and we have waited 20+ minutes in the drive-thru. Avoid this location if possible.
