Having been to many Culver's throughout the state, this Culver's is by far the fastest!! Especially on a Friday during Lent, we received our order within 5 minutes of sitting down. Very friendly staff and very professional service. Will be going to this Culver's on our way up north instead of big rapids, that one is typically slower. I always only see one crew member working cashier at other Culver's, while this one has 3-4 people ready to take my order. Food was hot and fresh. Parking: Lots of parking
Disappointed. Typically Culver's gets the orders right and has the standard service. Went on 2/3 through drive-thru and ordered a kids meal and a regular meal. Got home to find there was no kids meal, just the ice cream and drink that comes with the meal. Called the store and left a message explaining I believe they forgot most of my meal and was feeling a bit gypped and politely asked they call me back. It’s now 2/10. No call. Still thinking about the food.
We ordered 3 double butter burger with cheese Tuesday night around 6pm and they put so much salt on the burgers we were unable to eat them. We were traveling and left before we ate the burgers were far enough away we decided to take the loss and kept going without going back to complain. The onion rings and strawberry malts were delicious like always. We've never had an issue like this at any other Culver's thank goodness. Update: 4/18/2023 Culver's customer service contacted me shortly after I wrote my initial review and apologized for our inconvenience and offered us 2 free meals. Within about a week we received 2 coupons for deluxe meals. Approximately 3 weeks ago we attempted to use the coupons at a Culver's in Saginaw not knowing the coupons were specifically for the Culver's in Cedar Springs where we received our 3 bad tasting meals. Unfortunately we live 3 hours away and weren't planning a trip back there until now. We are currently at Culver's in Cedar Springs and received our 2 free meals and had to pay $7.00 extra to upgrade to our normal meals, which were exceptionally delicious and encouraging me to upgrade my original rating to 5 stars.
Nice, location in Cedar Springs, MI, just off 17-mile road and M131. Restaurant is VERY clean and we'll-maintained. Staff is courteous and professional. Since meals are cooked to order, you know you are getting your food fast and fresh. The grilled chicken is good and the fried cod is especially meaty and flavorful. The chili was also very good with a good amount of beef and beans without being overly spicy. The chocolate ice cream is particularly rich and creamy - worth a stand-alone visit.
As far as fast food goes, probably my favorite stop, especially when traveling. Can always count on friendly fast service. It's nice that you can order at the front and go sit down & they will bring the food to your table. Restrooms always clean. Frozen custard delicious! Some will have walleye fillets during the local fishing season in addition to their usual cod - so check that out if you like fried fish. Their salads are also very fresh and delicious if looking for more healthy meal.
Great when my order is correct. Getting fed up with the minimum of one mistake per order, at this location, these several past times. Don't get me wrong, I'm very fond of Culver's but this is too annoying for the price. Latest order was two burgers with only bacon. Who... lemme stress this one, WHO orders a burger no bun???
This place never disappoints. I would give 10 stars if I could. Been a dozen times and they have never messed up a order. Staff is super friendly and the inside is always clean. Great job culvers!!
It's a Culver's. It's always really busy and it feels like they can't keep up with keeping the tables wiped off. Other than that, the staff is always super friendly and helpful and you get your food quickly.
U live Culver's as their customer service is always top-notch! This location really stood out. I am very happy with my visit, fresh food too!Food: 5/5
