Sometimes when I order added jalapenos they do not add jalapenos but I do get charged for them. Other than that food is good. Customer service is okay and it's only okay because of the whole jalapeno thing. Otherwise it would be great. Vegetarian options: I know they do have the options but I do not eat vegetarian so I haven't tried it.
Best experience with breakfast out of all the other Taco Bell’s in the Grand Rapids area. Order is correct and hot every time I stop.
I ordered through the app, so there will be fewer issues with order. They still messed up with the order. 3-4 ingredients, 1 less asked, still managed to mess up. It's only one item to make and drink how hard it is to get correct. I'm very disappointed with the service.

This has happened more then once. I place my order and the people behind me place there order and there is like 5 people behind me they all get there food befor i do. While im still sitting in the store like 30 minutes still waiting for my food. What ever happened to first come first serve. I should not be waiting that long and watch people prder after me and get there food b4 i do.
I always get takeout since the inside kind of feels like an institutional cafeteria. But they rarely get my order wrong and are always quick.Food: 5/5
