First time coming here with a group of friends. The restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. Ordered the shish taouk with rice, falafels and shawarma plate. It took almost one hour to have our meals prepared for dine in. The food was decent. Flavors were okay. Was not a fan of the tabouli I ordered. Baba ganoush was tasty but the amount of pita and Baba ganoush you get is not proportional. I would say my experience was three stars and don't think it's a place that I would return to.
I am not sure y the rating is good maybe because of fried chicken we got saj shawarma, chicken on rice and Italian shawarma . Service is good but i have an issue with taste. Very very strong smell and taste of cinnamon. Quantity is alot too but i think they should work a little more on the taste it was either bland or alot of cinnamon. Italian shawarma was burnt and i could taste it too. I jus wish everything was a little better.
Definitely one of the best restaurants out there in Mississauga. I have tried the chicken sandwich and the Falafel sandwich. Both were delicious, tasty, and fresh—friendly and welcoming staff. One of the best family owned local restaurants. It’s my go to location for broasted chicken. The taste is very delicious, it’s absolutely amazing. Very authentic and cooked to perfections. Owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Definitely the most authentic middle eastern flavours I’ve ever tasted in this wrap, wrap was really good size for a large and portion to price ratio was on point i would definitely come back vegetables could be better tho 7/10
Update: went in today for a late lunch with my mom. We wanted to try the kibbeh, but they said they didn’t have any. So we ordered the tabouli, falafel and hummus. First off, we had to ask for bread to be served with the hummus. How does pita bread not come with hummus? What are we supposed to eat it with. The hummus was very liquified, it just tasted like tahini. Not how we expected it to be. The falafel was decent, just felt it was missing certain spices. The tabouli was okay, probably wouldn’t order it again. The shawarma was pretty good, wish I took a photo of it because the portion of fries, pickles and turnips was way less. We also didn’t get that huge portion of garlic sauce on the side. Wish things were a little more consistent. Probably one of the better shawarma places I’ve been to in Mississauga. Went there for an early dinner during the weekend, the restaurant itself was empty with a couple people coming in for take out. Both beef and chicken shawarma was delicious. Nice helping of pickles and turnips. The garlic sauce on the side is also very good! Large portion. Highly recommend it if you’re in the area.
Food is fresh and very tasty, FALAFEL sandwiches or plate are exquisite and so tasty yet light on the tummy because the oil is clean and fresh the presentation looks good, taking into consideration the color contrast even when looking at the plates or takeaways. The Broast checkin very tasty and light, l really recommend the restaurant, the food, and the place, above all most definitely the service is 10 out of 10
I used to take away from them. Usually food tastes good. Prices are reasonable. Today I ordered Mix BBQ plater. I left and told I will collect later. Oh my goodness, I was amazed by presentation of plater. So presentable. Food was Tasty as usual.
Beautiful place, great food and huge servings! Definitely worth every penny. Personally loved the Shawarma Poutine. I would definitely recommend!
