I can’t believe it took me a long time to go to this place when it’s across my work. A friend and I went here for dinner. The staffs were superb with their customer service. They were friendly, kind, and ready to take the order but patient enough to wait for us. The place is clean and organized, the food—- delicious!! It’s worth the wait. My friend and I had the lamb shish and the dessert we had after was unique. It was the Triliçe. They sanitized the table after each customers. There’s also a patio if you want to eat outside. I recommend this place and definitely would go back again.
We went there with our friends and they invited us to this Turkish restaurant. The food quality was good and menu provided many of items to choose. The restaurant personnel were professional and well behaved and food prices were reasonable. I personally enjoyed dessert and it tasted like the one I had in Istanbul.
My family and I went to Istanbul Kebab House for my mom's-in-law birthday, and we absolutely loved the food and the overall restaurant ambiance. As someone who adores Turkish cuisine, the food this place serves is very authentic. We might as well have been feasting in Istanbul! Excellent experience overall, and highly recommend!
Go to Istanbul Kebab House if you are craving for some Turkish delicacies. Their food is freshly prepared right in front of you and the energy of the place is fantabulous. The servers are prompt and polite. The servings are huge with inclusions such as salads and pickles. Try this place and it will for sure surpass all your expectations!
The food here was absolutely delish. We didn't have to wait long, service was on point, and the servers were nice. We also got complimentary tea before we left. If I had anything negative to say about this restaurant, it would only be that it was a bit hot inside so my husband and I sat on the patio, which was nice and clean. Will definitely be back .
At best average taste. I tried their most popular dishes and it didn’t taste as good as their reputation. I sincerely want to give this place another try, assuming that they had a bad day. However, their service is top notch. Full points on service, and quality.
Excellent food, long wait lines. We came in and put our names. No one can wait at the restaurant, so we visited the two stores nearby, then went to the car. We had the unfortunate timing where they called us, but the table wasn't available, so we waited again... We got two plates. The prices are fair for the portions, and flavor. The food is truly authentic, and plenty of flavor. Very clean too, and the waiters make good suggestions.
Great addition of Turkish food in GTA, after listening great feedback from friends circle finally visited for dinner. It food was delicious get protein though chicken , beef , mutton carbohydrates through pita , naan , rice and definitely fats as having some oil applied & through delicious sweet dish but acceptable in a cheat day ! Istanbul Kebab House is a lovely place. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city in spite of being in the city . The place has nice indoor seating arrangements and the seating arrangement is super comfortable and spacious. 

The staff is really nice, friendly and kept following .

Pricing is decent, good value for money and the place is more suitable for a group of people.
To be honest the food was excellent and tasted fresh. Service was really fast. Very authentic Turkish food and probably the best I've had so far! I would have given this a 5 star but however, some of the staff seem very uninterested and not welcoming. The girl with the blonde hair who seated us was no help in answering any of our questions and looked lost with what she was doing. She was sweeping around our table and hit our shoes with broom when we were trying to eat, which I found irritating and unprofessional. She could have waited until our area was empty or at least communicated/asked if it was okay to do so. Overall great food but some staff need to learn better manners & customer service.
Food was amazing. But it was bit hot inside because of open kitchen. Lamb chops was ok. Others was delishh Overall worth the cost.
