Great food and entertainment. Great experience and customer service. Very happy with the food here. Great, very professional, and friendly staff. The staff is beyond amazing! Great quick customer service.. The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. Food is flavorful and the bread is awesome! Parking is free, clean washroom, and well hygiene maintain. Kids always enjoy the food. Cozy atmosphere, relaxing setting, and good music.

A few thing... one they were open and I wanted some food and was turned away on a Saturday evening cause they had a "PRIVATE" event... That I can understand but it said open.... so I went next door to CITIES..the food was great the staff friendly and helpful. Would have stayed longer but due to the music from next door overpowering a sports bar sound system thru the walls. Even when my friend who is a local went over to see if they could turn it down he was brushed off.. so as for this place I can't tell you much besides my experience.. but going the way there and seeing told it's closed. Then the unprofessional way they interact with potential customers and their neighbors I would be concerned about how they treat their non "Private" guests..

I’ve been to several middle eastern eateries but this one is the worst ever, not just in Canada but in the whole world! You pay lots of money for nothing, no good music, no good dancing, no good hookahs, and you should pay them large amount of money for some Hummus, yogurt and some bread! terrible, horrible, no good, very bad place.

Great food. Cozy place and good service. The singer had an amazing voice and entertainment was great. A different kind of outing for the family if you are looking for a Middle Eastern experience.

Went there for an event so I can't comment on pricing or service. We were offered mezzeh plates. Liked the bread, the grilled meat and chicken was tasty but the kebbeh was funny tasting. I think it was old or getting close to spoiling. All in all the food is so so. Parking was a nightmare. Won't go again.

Horrible service, extremely rude manager, the atmosphere consists of an older age group, did not enjoy my night at all as the manager was very very rude and also ripped us off. Menu option is horrible, according to the manager they do not serve desserts on weekends because its a "party" which made no sense whats so ever, also did not let us keep one of the menus at our table.. weird. The food was decent. everything else was shitty.

As a middle eastern person I can say without any hesitation that this is the worst place ever. Everything from the staff to the service to the food to the atmosphere are horrible. I feel bad saying this about a middle eastern place, but I honestly do not want to be represented by a bunch foul mouthed, ill mannered scam artists. If you go there, please be prepared not to associate this place with the middle east as it has nothing to do with it. Also, be prepared to be angry and ready to stereotype as this place perpetuate that. One thing I ask you, please don't take this bad representation as a reflection to the middle east. Those are nothing but scam artist who are using the Middle East as a ploy to exploit well intending and curious Canadians.

Where do I start. Me and my husband went there for Iftar yesterday. The stuffed chicken were ROTTEN ROTTEN ROTTEN had a very bad smell. I could smell it when it was on my plate. The salad was left over for sure, the mixed green salad was not fresh. The cucumbers were so rubbery. The vine leaves were not tender. Bottom Line Bad Food
