Came to pick up an order which I was told it'd take about 5 mins.nOne of the staff by the name Samal served me some free fries while waiting for my order which was very nice of her because I wasn't expecting anything like that.nThe interesting thing was that I wasn't the only one she did it for.nThe place is very cool and I love the nice music blowing out from their ceiling.nFrom what she did, I can say they are friendly and have excellent customer service

The staff here are really friendly and provide great customer service. Always really impressed with how positive and upbeat they are here. I also appreciate how respectful they are in how they communicate with customers and each other. I have noticed it a few times now when we have come in. This location is right by our house and is our youngest son’s favourite spot to eat so we have come here a fair bit since it opened and they have never failed to impress. The quality of the food is always really good and the restaurant is always clean too. My family and I have yet to have a bad experience at this location. Kudos to the owners, management and staff all round. We recommend this place all the time to people. Good food standards across the franchises that we have experienced anyway has meant that no matter where we have gone, if we find a Mary Browns we know we are in for a good chicken burger and yummy taters.

Came for Mary Brown's Big Mary Monday deal which is their chicken sandwich for $4.99 every Monday. I ordered it to go and when I got home the sandwich was still hot and crispy. It had a good chuck of chicken, I would buy again.
