First time at Chine Hot Pot. Great friendly service. Fresh food/veggies with many options. Enjoyed the pumpkin broth combo. One thing to maybe note is that the sauce area is small for the size of the restaurant and often have to wait but otherwise has many options. Prices are reasonable and affordable and portions are filling.

The food was absolutely fantastic! The broths were rich and flavorful, the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the variety of options was impressive. The overall hot pot experience was so enjoyable, and the ambiance was perfect for a cozy meal.nnHowever, the service from one staff member could have been better—it felt a bit rude compared to the rest of the team, who were friendly and helpful. That said, the amazing food and the rest of the staff’s great hospitality more than made up for it. I’ll definitely be back for another delicious hot pot meal as Simran went above and beyond for our experience.

Got the super value combo and added spicy broth mild - perfectly spicy. It was a great portion with the 4 meats, veg and noodles. My partner got the lamb combo. Both very tasty, lots of sauce options and you get one free egg as well. Quick service and lots of seating.

This place is AWESOME. The food is always fresh and delicious. My fiancé and I come here at least once a month. The service is top-tier: the owner, Leslie, is so professional, friendly, and efficient. And the staff members - particularly Aisha & Victoria - are so helpful and lovely. The place itself is also so well organized and very CLEAN. 10/10!

I have been here 4 times since I discovered this place back in July. Overall my visits here were very good. Servers are very polite and attentive. This one server always checked on us and cleared our empty plates as soon as possible, she always had a big smile on her face. I think her name is Ji.nFood is always delicious and clean. We love the watermelon juice which is made with real watermelons. You also have a lot of options when it comes to the broth. Dipping sauce station is always clean and restocked.nWe did have some problem with one server once when we didn’t receive our watermelon juice and we were already halfway through our meal, she told us to be patient & we waited another 15 mins before we finally got the watermelon juice.
