Good pizza Campagnola with additional pepperoni. Great toppings and lots of bacon but not a lot of sauce -if you want a saucy pizza may want to try another. Very nice and prompt service. The appetizer was very tasty but I’ve never figured out why two people would be served three pieces? Could maybe adjust for the number of people. We would’ve paid the same price -no big deal. Great atmosphere as usual and nice pizza crust.

I made a reservation for Brooklyn Pizzeria and Taps for New Year's Eve at 7:15 pm using the Open Table app. I received an email confirmation of my reservation. On the arrival of our party of six, we were told by the Manager that we could not possibly have a reservation as the last seating for dinner that night was 7:00 pm. She indicated that a notice posted on the door contained this information and wondered why we had even come in the door after 7:00 pm, given that notice. We were told the kitchen was closed and "everyone would be out of here by 8:00 pm" and we should leave. This was said despite the fact that people were picking up pizza for takeout at that very moment and the few occupied tables were still being served food/beverages. She made it very clear that the misunderstanding was ours and if anyone was in the wrong, it was us. I told the her that I had a received an email confirmation of my reservation and she said I must have used Open Table to book my reservation and that the confirmation was just an automatic function of the app and that they have no control or access to the app and basically it meant nothing. I made a reservation because I thought our options might be limited on New Year’s Eve and to avoid the scenario where we would arrive at a restaurant and be told we could not be seated. We will never visit Brooklyn Pizzeria and Taps again. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had - anywhere.

Second time coming to this here pizza joint that is so much more. It’s tough to get a solid 5 stars and if I could give it a 4.5 I would. Service was prompt. Food delicious. Atmosphere was pleasant. Will return!

A hamburger is a hamburger, is a hamburger.....WRONG!!! I asked the manager Kass for a nice and juicy hamburger, fries, and gravy. She assured me that I would not be disappointed, a statement I have heard so may times with the same result, expecting a usual bland meal. First off, the burger was nice and thick with crispy fresh salad toppings. The fries were done in fresh oil as you can see on the photo. Crisp and light. The gravy was as good as any jus I have ever tasted. Patrick you hit it out of the park. The burger was so juicy and full of just the right amount of flavoring. Secondly and lastly, I will most definitely be back for more. Kass was amazing with her service, and succeeded in making my visit that much more special.

Just ate here and the pizza is good. I have yet to try anything else on the menu, but I will probably come back to try soon. They gladly changed the sauce on my pizza to meet my dietary restrictions. Great service.
