The flowers were nice, but the delivery was completely botched. I received an automated email that the flowers were delivered, but the flowers were not delivered. I had to ask the person I sent them to and she said she got nothing. The surprise was ruined. Then the next day martin's flowers decided to call a neighbor and ask if the address was correct. The neighbor said, yes just deliver the flowers! 

Also they did not return my call when I left a message asking about the delivery.
