Village Flowers

Interflora order from a friend, and very disappointing. Main combination of cheap yellow crysanths, orange flowers, one rose, and one stem of exotic red leaf, plus one orange lily stem. It was the £40 interflora choice and hugely overpriced. As a local resident and seeing the flowers on display, I’d never buy from this shop.

Lovely selection of flowers, but just cashed me 10 quid on the most disgusting wrapping, also entirely covered in soil shook some of it off already, and expertly wrapped with the use of the sellers mouth.

Very good customer service and excellent quality products. I got some flowers for my daughter's wedding bridal team bouquet The bride was impressed. I highly recommend this florist.

Visited to get some flowers for a friend after work but when I walked in, the woman serving looked at me and continued her conversation before blurting out "Four pound fifty" - no please, no smile, no decorum or warmth whatsoever. Not only was she lacking in basic customer service skills, but I was buying a handful of daffodils which she wanted to charge me a rediculous price for. I will not be going back - I'd get better service picking the flowers myself, at least they smile!!

Awful awful customer service. I have many times received flowers that were sent to me through interflora so tried ordering directly from their website but unfortunately it didn't work so I called them. The lady on the phone was very rude and made me feel like my order was not important. After I asked her not to shout at me she put the phone down. I tried to complain over an email and her response was worse than her behaviour over the phone. Not only didn't she apologise but accused me of holding "everyone up" by not having the correct information she meant it took me 30sec to get the recipient's address. There are other accusations on the email but I have run out of space. Sure to say I will never order from them again.

Flowers, gifts and cards in here are truly lovely. I just wish I didn't always feel awkward going in there. Two ladies I've seen working in there are always eye-rolling when I ask questions, sighing when I ask to pay by card, no hello when I enter or goodbye when I leave. Maybe because I'm in my late twenties they just can't be bothered with me, as there are lots of reviews here saying the staff and customer service is great! But that's never been the case for me sadly.

Excellent, friendly , professional and prompt reliable service from Sharon & Beryl at Village Flower Shop. Nothing is too much trouble and the quality of the flowers is always fresh and well presented.

Great florist with a large variety of plants. The ladies working there were really kind and help us chose the best plants for our flat. Highly recommended.
