Mom & Me florists made beautiful bouquets for our wedding! All the flowers from the centrepieces to the bouquets and boutonnieres were beautifully put together and well maintained. All the staff were wonderful and everything was done to perfection. Highly recommended

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Screwed up our wedding flowers order in a major way. And ppl have sent us flower deliveries from here over the years and they are exceptionally awful to deal with.

This review is long overdue. 10 years ago was my first experience with Creations by Mom & Me. When my husband of 35 years passed from a tragic accident, these wonderful people created a scene with flowers that he LOVED. They ordered in the little detail items to make it perfect. Since then I have resided 400 km away, called to place my order for my late husband three times a year, every year, the resulting product and service is beyond what anyone would expect. This wonderful owner and her team have outdone themselves, some 30 times for me now. They are so kind to send me photo's of the product on site, who does that in today's fast paced world? When you deliver 30 times in a row and it is beyond right, you know you are working with the best.

Very disappointed. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. I entered my credit card information and even received a confirmation email. Apparently, they don't process your credit card until a later date - so errors are not picked up in realtime like other websites which process orders. I'll be using a service which is operating in the 21 century next time.

I was very disappointed with the Flower Arrangement I received. The arrangement was of very poor unprofessional quality with design. I called just to let them know... it looked nothing like the photo I choose from on their website. Bad Customer Service. One good thing.. the flowers were fresh.
