Most of the staff are helpful and well informed. The selection of plants and giftware are amazing. There is one staff member, however, who I have had to deal with on the till every time I have been in and they are almost enough to ensure I don’t come back. Customer service is not this individual’s forte. Abrupt and lacking in empathy.

Beautiful selection of plants, gifts, gardening supplies and more. There are so many wonderful items to choose from. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I called about 4:15 on Mother's Day and requested the flowers be delivered if possible before 5pm because my mom was leaving her home. At 4:40 my mother called me extremely excited telling me she received a beautiful hanging basket. Thank you so much for making my mother feel special on Mother's Day! Great customer service!!

Wife has wanted to go to this business since we moved to penticton in june--went today ( she said finally ) my wife loves this place which means I'm guessing we'll be here alot --great store
