Visited Markham Station recently and had a really good experience. The portion sizes were generous and the food was satisfying. One thing I really appreciate is that they’re open 24 hours, which is honestly rare now since most places around close by 10 pm. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were kind and welcoming. A great spot when you want a late-night meal or just a comfortable place to sit and enjoy good food.
I stopped here after seeing a concert in Toronto because a coworker mentioned it was good and I was craving a good Eggs Benedict. I was blown away with how good both the food and service was. My server, Gabe, was exceptional. He checked in frequently and he even fixed my wobbly table as he brought my coffee. I got the California Eggs Benedict and it was delicious. I can't wait to come back!nnCompliments to the chefs and to Gabe! You were wonderful!
Amazing food! It came so fast, and it was hot and fresh. The breakfast sausages were amazing, and the home fries were golden.
My friend had been wanting to come here for the longest time.nLast year, she finally did—on Valentine’s Day, of all days. She already knew it might be a mess, but nothing could’ve prepared her for what followed. She didn’t even get the food after waiting an hour and a half! Instead, she got sarcasm from the servers and annoyed stares from other customers. The whole experience felt straight out of The Twilight Zone.nnFast forward to this year: another friend of mine decided we should give the place a second chance, just to see if we’d get served—or kicked out again. This time, we did get served. The food? Mediocre at best. The tables? Way too small. And the customer service… let’s just say, it’s something management might want to look into.nnThe waitress who served us had a peculiar energy. It didn’t feel like racism, but she and the other staff didn’t seem happy to be there—no smiles, no greetings, just that stiff arrogance and silent judgment in their eyes. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, she sat us all the way in the back at a tiny table for two.nnAt one point, I tried looking her in the eyes. Maybe that broke the spell, because she started acting normal afterward—even complimented my friend for cutting my sandwich for me. To be fair, I couldn’t finish it myself. nnIt was a cold night, but I walked away with one simple lesson: if you’re persistent enough, you just might get to eat the fruit in the end.
An absolute must if you're craving a proper, hearty meal. The all-day breakfast is fantastic and the plates are huge.nI loved the authentic diner atmosphere and the fast service. We left completely satisfied. Highly recommend!
