This is hands-down my favorite Korean BBQ place. It’s not just because they have multiple locations and are super convenient to get to—but also because even if they’re busy and you can’t get a reservation, the wait time is surprisingly short and you’re seated quickly.nnThe food is consistently amazing. Their BBQ meats, especially the beef, are always tender and flavorful. The side dishes are generous and delicious, and their set menus are a great deal—everything from the corn cheese to the steamed egg and soup is included and all so good. You really get to try a wide variety of dishes without having to order everything separately.nnOne weird thing, though: they require everyone at the table to order one portion of meat at the beginning. So if you’re four people, you have to order four portions. But strangely, the initial meat portions always seem the same no matter how many people you’re with. However, if you add on extra portions later, those suddenly look a lot bigger. We've noticed this every time we go, and we've been here countless times. Still, it’s never stopped us from coming back.

We had an amazing time at Daldongnae Korean BBQ - Elgin Mills! The meat was fresh and beautifully marbled, and all the side dishes were full of flavor and variety. The grill setup with corn, kimchi, and cheese made it super fun. It was my girlfriend’s first time trying Korean BBQ, and she absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.nnHighly recommended for a delicious and fun dinner experience!n.nFollow me to find best places to enjoy your time

Popular place for BBQ and good vibes. Food is great and they even add a little side table when you order too much and there's not enough space. Because they're so busy, even when you make a reservation, you'll have to wait during peak times, which is kind of annoying. They also are slow with side dish refills and water and stuff during peak times. Nothing terrible, but something to note.

I went to the restaurant 2 times; each time has total different vibe compared to the other.nnThere are at least 4-5 Daldongnae locations I have tried. The first time I went to this location, I loved it so much that I thought it’s the best franchiser. Service was top notch; server was friendly, fast, efficient. The best customer can ask for. Food came out just like other location but because service was excellent, music on blast, I was having a moment of my life, euphoria It was a meal to remember. The restaurant was full with customers.nnThe second time I went, it was a weekday but not too late. Yet it was one other table beside us. There were only 2 servers and they were doing closing. Both of them were sort of cold. The vibe was completely off, I took no pics. Imagine it was black outside, & inside with almost no customers; servers not greeting  it felt like a different restaurant.nnWhen the food came out, it was another shock. I’m not sure whether it’s the end of day or there was a new policy…but the meat became so thin, like unacceptable thin. The slices looked kinda broken and unevenly cut. It was a mess. I thought I found the one but turned out it was a glitch.

I went for a late lunch on the weekend, and there was lots of space. The pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the raw beef was super tasty. The staff were all really friendly and generous with refills, so I left feeling happy and satisfied
