Been going to Mark Nunes for years for tailoring. The service is always so consistent. They nail the alterations every time. This year I bought a suit and the service was just as excellent. Highly recommend!
Mark was pleasant to deal with came in last minute for a new suit for a funeral helped out tremendously fitted my son and myself had them next day. Also when I picked out a sweater for my son Mark recommended against it cause of the cost and the fact my kid will grow out of it. Will definitely recommend to anyone that needs a suit and another clothes
Best spot in town for tailoring and men's fashion. My family and I have been going to Mark for years and our tailoring is always perfect and turned around in a timely fashion. I recently had 5 shirts taken in by Mark and I feel like I have a new wardrobe - without having to spend hundreds on new clothes. His selection of men's clothing is excellent for both business and casual! Couldn't recommend enough.

Mark and his staff are all super friendly and helpful. The clothes are all excellent quality, and the tailoring has been excellent from my suits to my t-shirts. Would and do recommend them to anyone.

Out of the 3 upscale clothing stores I know in Waterloo, I find Mark Nunes my choice. Both Mark Nunes and Paul Puncher are great stores; well organized, professional service, and good targeted selection. For me, Channer's is just a mess, too much selection and the store is so disorganized with boxes everywhere. Back to Mark Nunes, I find this store has brands I prefer and are within my price point. The service here is excellent. Their tailoring services are great too. Quick and professional. I'm not sure if the price is high but the work is great. 5 stars.
One of the most positive shopping experiences in my life - Mark's attention to detail, custom on site tailoring and superior product lines and fabrics make buying a suit an event as opposed to a chore. Everything I own from Mark Nunes is impeccably made with quality and comfort and employs Canadian workmanship. Thank you Mark - I will be a customer for life.
I've been using Mark Nunes' tailoring services for over a decade. This man can work miracles with a needle and thread. He's made garments fit and look good when I would have not thought possible. The prices are more than you might pay in a place in a mall, but when you consider the quality of the work and the ability to accommodate your schedule, the value is exceptional. I also take all my dry cleaning to Mark's. I have also purchased a few suits, shirts, sweaters and a coat from the men's section of the store. I love the brands that Mark carries Bugatti, Ted Baker and Michael Kors, which are near impossible to find elsewhere in the region. If you value quality and personalized service. Mark Nunes is the place to go.
If you are looking for an exceptional customer service experience while shopping for your clothing needs, then look no further. I recently purchase a tailor made shirt for my wedding, from Julie. I was extremely pleased with everything about the entire process. Julie went above and beyond and I cannot say enough good things about her. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
