Runners' Choice

Really used to like this place. The aren't pushy sales people. Only negative experience was with a male staff member (manager perhaps) making me feel like I had done something wrong to the shoes when I went to return them when in reality I stuck to the guidelines on testing them running 1 km or less on a treadmill indoors. When you spend $200 on shoes, you want to make sure your feet don't hurt in them. It is too bad because it left me with such a negative experience that Runners' Choice is no longer my go-to for buying shoes. The rest of the staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. One time a staff member even stayed open 15 minutes after close to sell me my shoes (which I did not know they were closed until I had left).

I'm a runner and I love clothes and gear. I have a long history with this place and have always been treated very well.

A small store, but helpful staff. Not a huge selection of shoes, but what they do offer is good for different types of running. They were able to help me find a good shoe that fits the way I walk and run, based on the shape of my feet.
