I have been to this location twice and both times my experience was terrible. The first time was for a mattress. We found a great one and bought it and several times I asked the salesman if it would be an issue to get it into my apartment since we have no elevator and it was a king size and I was assured it would not be. When the delivery guys got to my place they said I bought the one bed with a metal frame which could not be brought up stairs as it cannot be folded. I would have to sign a waiver saying that I would be responsible for any damage if I wanted them to attempt it. Needless to say they took it back and I cancelled my order. The second time I bought two pillows, very nice ones but when we got home, turns out they gave us the wrong ones (they go get new ones from the back) and when I went to exchange them I was told there were not exchanges. It is really too back since it is a nice store with nice selection but clearly the commission based employees just want to make quick sales and no thought is put into return clientele or after sale service. We went to other locations (B&M, Linen Chest, The Bay) and have been very happy with out new pillows and mattress.
