This was by far the worst customer service experience in my life. I strongly do not recommend ever going to this restaurant. I ordered via skip the dishes and had next to no meat. I called the restaurant and had to repeat myself numerous times. Only for them to not even apologize for the lack of meat in my meal. I offered to get someone else to pick up more meat at the restaurant. My father shows up and all of the workers had no idea what was going on. That shows LACK of communication between colleagues. At this point, i called them yet again. The male worker wanted proof by me sending the food back. Keep in mind, i ordered via skip. Why would i, as the customer... need to make my way to the restaurant via bus, bike, cab, uber etc? My father waited there for over 30 minutes while i was on the phone with the male worker over MORE MEAT. How outrageous is that? I then told them that i will just return everything and get my money back because at this point, i was so done with the back and forth. Putting on hold for so long. Ignoring my additional calls and such. i HIGHLY recommend not ordering from this restaurant. I will make it known to anyone and everyone because my experience was HORRIBLE.
We ordered food for catering. Everything was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Even their delivery driver. I will order again.
they raised their prices and quality seems to have gone down. nturon, the banana and wrapper was chewy and hard. the pork bbq was dry and hard. the food was probably sitting on the warmer for hours..
Came here as #wpgeats did a story on them in the week. When they were on main st, it was great, was happy they moved to a bigger place, that meant they were doing great. Took my parents to eat here to dine in as they never been and waited too long for 3 dishes. We just took the food home. Disappointed as I told them it was good but lacked the service. Regretted after bringing them here after.
I can't get enough of this place – I'm here every week without a doubt! The sisig is an absolute delight, and the siomai is hands down the best I've had. The flavors are authentic and bring me back to the Philippines with every bite.nnThe consistency in quality keeps me coming back, and the friendly staff adds to the overall positive experience. If you're a Filipino food lover, this place is a must-visit. Come thru and indulge in the deliciousness!
