Mama's Pizza

Good honest Italian food at reasonable prices. Mama's is serving up hot pizza, pasta, subs, etc. and it tastes delicious. It's not a place to find the latest Italian cuisine trend food but between the spaghetti & meatballs, ravioli, pizza, Italian sausage subs and great Italian bread...it hits the spot perfectly

When I first heard about Mama’s I honestly did not understand the hype. It’s just pizza, I thought. I was VERY wrong. This is the best BEST pizza in the state. Loved every bite of it. Also got the meatballs as well which were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend coming here!!

Quality Food, Fair Price and Friendly Owner. If you like a Heavy Dense Pizza on thin crust. The mozzarella is quality and the size of small cheese curds prior to hitting the oven. The amount of sauce is perfect, you know there is sauce but not so much it’s messy. The crust was perfectly cooked, crispy cracker edges without being doughy or over cooked in the center. The owner Tony takes pride in his craft & establishment, which is why this place is one of the top 100 pizza places in the country. My first visit. Owner went out of his way to accommodate my small order on a very busy night. That speaks very highly to me of the sacrifice and dedication it takes to keep a popular family business successful.

Currently only doing takeout, guy rocking out pizza seems pretty cool. Pasta about on par from anywhere but the sauce is definitely more tasty then you typically find. Pizza loaded with cheese making it a bit salty. Also, the cheese seemed to galvanize the slices so you end up tearing cheese to add to pizza. Crust had a crispness to bottom while being chewy. Totally worth a try!

My family has been going here for years. I absolutely recommend to anyone who loves pizza and pasta! The food and service are always exceptional. I wish they could do dine-in again to keep adding to the family memories of celebrating small parties here, but I know it’s easier said than done to ever be able to go back to that ever since Covid. Tony — please keep up the hard work and doing your best. I know you’ve talked about how it can be hard to stay open, but as one of the MANY customers who absolutely loves the food you serve here I truly appreciate your hard work and extreme dedication to keeping the doors open for business! I can tell you and your team continue to take great pride in your work and any time I stop by there’s still always that feeling of personal touch from the staff as you guys have the most respect and appreciation of your customers! Thanks again for yet another great lunch and I look forward to next time I order again soon. Also the fresh home made/home baked chocolate chip cookies you guys had out today were excellent! Great crust, sauce is well seasoned and very cheesy. Pasta is flavorful and hearty. Friendly staff and portions are large at a good price.

This was so good! We got meat filled ravioli, meatballs and pizza! The servers were so kind! They gave us a free loaf of bread from the kindness of their hearts! This Italian/American food is definitely top 3 of the pizza places in MN. The Christmas decor inside was just amazing! This place is definitely underrated in the pizza industry! We will be coming back and getting more. Ty to mama's!

My fiancé and I had just flown in from DC and happened to be craving some pizza. We found this place based off the reviews and let me just say - it did not disappoint!! The pizza and meatballs are delicious. What truly sets this place apart though, is their service. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made us feel like we were getting special treatment. Seeing how they were with other customers though made us realize it was just their standard of care. We can’t stop raving about them. We will definitely go out of our way to come back again the next time we are in town!

Best Old World thin crust pizza in the country!! Tony the owner is awesome!! You will almost always find Tony behind the counter making your food with a friendly smile and always engaging in great conversation with his customers. I cant say enough about how great Mamas is.
