Hearthside Pizza

I ordered pizza from here last night, unfortunately due to staffing, they don't have a delivery driver and use door dash when needed. I was not aware of this but ok, I understand. Got the notification the dasher was on the way, almost here, went down to meet her. Dasher said delivered. Searched all over outside for where she could have left it. Nothing. Called back hearthside, told them what happened, at this point they were closed. Got put on hold by a very friendly lady, I hung after a few minutes figuring nothing would be resolved. Low and behold, I get a call back from the owner, that he's remaking my order, after they closed and will deliver it personally!! He did! I don't know of customer service better than that!! Great pizza and great people!! What more could you ask for!!

really enjoyed our waiter- she was very sweet and real with us. had the blt and it was good! its a low-key joint and the vibe was good. me and friends orders ginger ale and they ran out so it tasted mostly like water.

Ordered from door dash and wow, I was impressed. Best pizza I’ve have in the twin cities. Truly tastes homemade and fresh. The crust is amazing.

I was trying to order food, and they had nothing available, they got a phone call and because i was trying to make order for my kid at home the guy said i was taking to long, started calling me names, cussing at me in front of my special needs child and threatening my husband. There is some rotten people in this world when you have to be that rude for no reason. I will be putting this on all social media and not stop till he is fired.

The pizza is huge, delicious and cooked just right, boneless wings have that small crisp but smothered in sauce The fires were soggy but hey it’s two dollar fries They even have a online website that’s simple

Believe it or not folks, but that right there is a cheeseburger hoagie covered in homemade red sauce along with that giant basket of tots for $2 extra. You get a whole lot of bang for your buck here. A bit dive esque and not huge tons of flavor, but for $11, I don’t think you can really beat that very easily. Staff is very friendly and the food comes pretty quick. Can’t wait to try other things on the menu. Editing my review as the past few times I’ve come here they have steadily been going down hill. First the tots went away and now they’ve completely gotten rid of everything I come here for. This will be my final visit as their pizza is just ok and I can get mediocre burgers anywhere. Sad times. Goodbye Hearthside Pizza. You shall be missed.

Great friendly service, quick and easy pick up, they also deliver, I had the ground beef pizza it great and had lots of cheese.

Was told i couldnt order things because only 2 people working and then was threatened by staff when i told the guy not to be disrespectful to mywife Terrible rude employees Worthless establishment

Just got some food delivered from here. Will say its expensive to order through door dash as it was almost 20 more for for fees and such. BUT the food is amazing and I'm really happy with my order. Pizza looks and tastes delicious and the deep fried mushrooms are still crispy and hot! Nice!

This is our top pizza place and we drive from Richfield to pick up our order! Always fresh! The ranch is the best we order that by the pint! Anything we have ordered has be great and the specials are always good for our family or when we have people over and today we got a friend addicted to Hearthside!
