Ordered for the first time. Roasted veggies were roasted, alright. They were cremated. Salmon and mashed potatoes were sooooo salty. I understand that everybody has their own salty level but it was really salty, and the veggies were burned. And what's funny, the burned pieces were at the bottom as if placed there on purpose, but what do I know. It was $23. Come on.
I ordered through DoorDash and was not disappointed. Meat loaf is my go to comfort food and Stay’d definitely hit the spot. The food is amazing and the packaging is just as good, even the grilled veggies is a hit.
I ordered from Stay'd through Doordash and the food exceeded my expectations. The food was hot and fresh! I really appreciate the smart packaging, which kept everything perfect. I was literally in aww.
Won a gift card through a giveaway and was able to give the food a try. We ordered the chicken, short rib, gouda mac, the lasagna, and berry tart and chocolate cake for dessert. The gouda mac was the winner for us. Very tasty! Everything was very good. Restaurant quality flavors delivered to your door with good size portions. I'll be ordering again! Will be ordering more chocolate cake with my next order too. So good
TWICE I have paid for an order that I did not receive. Twice. The manager at Rival House had no interest in making the orders correct despite me physically going to the “ghost” kitchen. It seems this model allows Rival House to shrug liability of quality customer service.
It's just the house bar for the hotel under a different name. Ordered food and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Get there 18 minutes later they didn't even start it yet. Didn't say sorry or offer seat or drink while waiting. Finally get food 17 minutes later. Only get one set of cutlery for 3 entrees for adults, and 2 sides meant for kid's. Food was okay. Not worth the price or the hassle. They are playing the you don't live here and don't know card.
First experience with this restaurant and we ordered food for delivery. Food arrived securely packaged and proper temperature. Kudos to the compostable packaging. Ordered the Brisket shepherds pie and the salad with salmon. Both had excellent flavors. Ingredients were fresh and you could tell it was freshly prepared. Rutabaga was delicious in the brisket pie and the pickled onions were a fine addition to the salad. Do yourself a favor and get both desserts. The rustic berry tart crust made me miss my grandma & the chocolate turtle cake had layer upon layer of deliciousness. With dinner mints and a thank you note from the chef we have a winner with attention to detail. I look forward to trying the meatloaf soon!
Ordered through Uber eats, roasted salmon with gold smashed potatoes and sauted veggies was so much better than I imagined. Excellent flavor and portion size. Definitely ordering again when I'm in MPLS area. I had to fend off the scavengers in my hotel room that ordered chipotle.
Ordered delivery- arrived 20 min before expected and still piping hot. I would like to note this was one hour before they closed- it was still well made and I wasn’t given a revenge meal. Kudos to the kitchen staff. Scampi Mac: 4 large shrimp over a Nepalese mountain of cheesy Mac n’nirvana. You can feed your whole family for the weekend with this dish alone. Short ribs: without a doubt the best short ribs I’ve had from a restaurant, much less delivered. I’m not sure what was in that sauce but I will hunt that recipe down. Triple Berry Tart: Grab a bucket and a mop for my gf’s WAP. Needless to say, 10/10 would crush this meal again. It is encouraging to see this restaurant rise to and exceed expectations in the current climate. You have won over 2 loyal customers
I was working late most nights this week and needed a break from salads. But I didn’t want to make dishes either. I ordered from Stay’d on a whim. WOW. The food reminds me of sitting around the table with your family. With your grandmas secret recipes. Highly recommend.
