With authentic, hand-pulled noodles served to warm you every moment, their cooking is sure to pull your heartstrings in the best way possible! Let's get on with what I ordered! I ordered 2 plates of Magic Chicken and Yang Kebab, both of which were halal. To accompany those delightful dishes, I ordered a Sizzling Fresh Squid’s Cartwheel - a popular street food authentic to China, that is known for its sizzling sound and aroma that can be sensed from a mile away! All 3 dishes were cooked to perfection, managing to exceed the remarkably high expectations I had after reading their menu. This quaint little restaurant is sure to be the ramen-lovers go-to place, particularly when you explore its range of soups, stir-fried noodles, snacks, sauces and beverages, that include both, halal and vegetarian options. Triple B noodles were amazing! I really enjoy watching them make the hand pulled noodles from scratch. The broth also has a nice spicy hit to it as well. Definitely would recommend all the hand pulled soup noodles in their shop
Lanzhou is a city in China famous for their hand-pulled noodles. This restaurant serves their signature beef noodles. Nothing beats the texture and mouth-feel of fresh hand-pulled noodles, you can even pick different thickness of noodles I got the traditional noodles. Soup was beefy, savory, and not too salty, added some chili oil to bring out more flavor which is what the locals do!. We also ordered the side of bbq lamb skewers and tofu. The lamb was fresh and didn't have that disgusting gamey taste. Tofu was also pretty good because it's covered in the same spices. It's getting cold outside, definitely recommend coming in for a hot bowl of delicious magic noodles. + for the service! We were trying to share the food but had a little difficulty separating the noodle strands. Before we even asked, the chef walked out with a pair of food scissors for us to cut the noodles with.
The noodles is excellent. The soup with extra spicy taste soooooo good! The seat is comfortable and service good. I love the magic noodles with beef. Service is really good and servicer Kate did perfect. She takes care all my needs and helps, she is nice and polite too.
It is my first time to visit this restaurant, and the dishes kinda surprised me, the noodle soup is delicious and the noodle is chewy texture which with this affordable price, I will take it. Also the staffs are quite friendly like Kate, and the cook. Overall I will give it 5star no doubt. Triple B with classic noodle is the best ever.
