Authentic Chinese & dim sum. Bright and clean. Good customer service. Went on last Wednesday night for a dinner with family. Food served fast and warm. Price was reasonable but we found some dishes seemed to be pre cooked. We did bring out our concerns right at spot and the Manager Man had addressed the issue with 10% discount and brought us a plate of steam bun for dessert. Overall experience was still good. Will come back for dim sum later.

Arrived at this restaurant on a Sunday morning around 11:15am.  Didn’t have to wait for a seating due to my party being a party of 2.   Was offered a patio table which was great as it was a calm Sunday morning.   Ordered a number of classic dim sum dishes and enjoyed the food throughout.   If you arrive and place your order prior to 11am they have a special dim sum early bird pricing of $4.50 each.   Brilliant.

Amazing place and amazing service. Came here for dim sum and dinner. Very good pricing also. Their tea stays hot with the candle under it. Their washroom is a bit cold. They also give free dessert! 100% recommended.

Tried to arrive at 10:40am on Saturday for the $4.50 special, however it was super busy and had to wait just about half an hour for a table. We were a party of 3.  Authentic and delicious dim sum. We were situated in one of the banquet rooms and although if can get a little hectic/loud, we never felt ignored by the servers. Make sure to take initiative, raise your hand to get their attention and they'll be right with you.

Came here for Dim Sum before 11am as there is a $4.50 special for any size dish as long as you place your order before 11am. Tea was nice as it had a small tea light candle under it to keep it warm. Food was tasty and service was pretty quick. Will go back again when in the area.

Oh yes it was….an unforgettable EPIC DIMSUM PARTY at Ritzy Palace in Markham!!  The best deal for Dimsum is here!! Get your order in before 11 am and take advantage of $4.50 for all Dimsum no matter what the size s, m,l.  They also have an amazing offer on their Lobster Efu  Noodle dish for only $18.80 till 3 pm every day.  The food is delicious and they have large selection and some unique items on the menu.  If you like Bitter Melon …  there is a Pan Fried Crispy Vermicelli stuffed with Bitter Melon and Beef that’s very delicious. Try the Seafood Fried Rice with Curry and Coconut. You can find traditional preserved meat and rice served in a clay pot. And for the dessert I really enjoyed the chewy Mochi stuffed with Sesame Paste and Steamed Buns with creamy Salted Egg. if your run down dimsum experience becomes more luxurious. not the most authentic dimsum you can have, dishes are definitely elevated for the atmosphere and not your most typical and traditional dimsum dishes. though, if you are looking for an elevated restaurant to sit in, this is the one to go. super busy and packed with people though.Food: 3/5

I've had multiple dinners here and so the food has always been good. Their seafood is fresh and prepared very well. Highlights from dinner: winter melon soup must be ordered ahead of time, lobster cooked Hong Kong style, Chinese fried chicken, sweet and sour pork, and beef with mustard sauce has always been tender and very flavourful. Just yesterday I finally got to try their dim sum,. Also quite good. If you're able to get a table and place your dim sum order before 11:00am, the dim sum dishes are all charged at the "small" price. Orders placed on or after 11:00am are charged at their regular price. Table seating is first come first served before 11:00am, so try to arrive early to ensure you get a table. We ended up pre-marking our order sheet while we waited for a table. This way we were able to submit it to the server right after we sat down. We got lucky and our order was submitted right at 10:59am. Highlights from dim sum: baked BBQ pork puff pastry with cashew, charcoal grilled beef short ribs, baked egg tarts, and deep fried creamy custard mini sesame balls these were so good  that we ordered another plate. The menu is quite extensive so I definitely plan to go back to try more things.

We planned a relaxing family dinner but instead everyone got upset.  The menu says lobster 5 lbs which at every respectable restaurant means a five pound lobster.  Instead we got two small ones that don't add up to 3 pounds.  The answer from the waitress was that they only serve twin lobsters.  Pressing the issue further with the manager he said they don't serve large lobsters even though we clearly see them in the tank by the entrance.  While asking about the small size and total weight he proceeded to walk away.  Fraud served with flippant attitude.  The last insult was when we tried to pay the bill with a credit card.  The waiter said cash only though that's not written anywhere.  Stay away.

Tasty food, quick service, came here around noon on Sunday. Pricier than I thought but it's good. Most likely because of weekend pricing I think. Still good to try to out if you're within the area.
