Luxury Diner

The Luxury Diner has always been a favorite, we like the atmosphere, and always had great service. UNTIL TODAY. I called in a to go order and there was a problem when I got home. Now I am very easy to please, have worked in the food industry on and off my entire life, so when I have a problem I am very polite about it, don’t cause a scene and give people the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to fix it. I never liked an irate customer, no need for it. When I called with my problem today I was told ‘it must be your taste buds, we’ve had no other complaints’ then proceeded to hang up on me. I went all the way back across town to show them the problem, you could SMELL it and tell there was a definite problem, not once did they even so much as smell it. Not once did the lady try to fix it, she just slammed stuff around to return my money. This new management/owner sucks. This awesome business will go down hill fast with that attitude. We won’t be back.

Cute little place just off the highway in an old trolley car added on to. Been around since 1926, very friendly, peppy service and good quick food. I had the hash Benedict. Tasted great, some hash a little grisly. The blueberry French toast was yummy! Gramma had that. Could have been cleaner and lighter, but I guess that's what happens when you get old...

Fantastic food, great history, and amazing staff. Sherry was great even though they were overextended because of all the traffic from Eclipse watchers. Top notch place. We couldn't leave without picking up a gigantic cinnamon roll. Yummy!

Large portions, friendly staff, very reasonable prices. Try the luxury potatoes. Cinnamon buns are huge. When in the Cheyenne area this is my favorite breakfast place. Local favorite that has been around since 1926.

Got busier than they expected. Had some issues with timing all the food to come out together. But Mgr gave us a discount. Food is always great! Love them grits!
