Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant

We had a great meal! Service, food, and ambiance were all super. Our server was excellent! Thanks. This was my first experience at your Cheyenne facility. Your Windsor, CO restaurant is also always an enjoyable outing.

This is a comfortable, clean and friendly place with great Mexican food. My favorite Mexican restaurant since Ticos went out of business in Boulder, Co. several decades ago. I love it there!

Great Mexican food. It's fresh and they will make it as spicy or mild as you'd like and if you are a fan of cheese this is the place to go. Especially good when we went or the pork carnitas. They are always there with the crispy warm chips and lots of salsa as well as fresh bean dip. The margaritas are delicious and they have a great beer selection to o.

My wife and I eat here fairly frequently. If you don't eat all the chips, salsa and bean dip that is brought to you when you are seated, you may be able to finish your meal. If you want dessert, you may want to ask for a box for your meal. The portions are generous. Food is very good, and did I say the portions are generous?

From start to finish. The salsa is really watery like taco sauce. They serve bean dip with your chips.... not bad, just a bit odd. The tortillas are clearly NOT made in the restaurant. The service was not too good. My wife had to get up and ask for drink refills and we were the only table in our waiter's section. Extremely overpriced. Expect to pay $12-15 per plate for subpar food. Maybe this is what the locals like but having lived in San Antonio for 7 years and being a Texas native this was not good Mexican food. The positives is the the restaurant is well decorated with traditional Spanish music being played, it is clean, and it is conveniently located on Dell Range. Overall, I will never eat here again and I do not suggest it. Response to the restaurant's response: At an "authentic" Mexican food restaurant I expect tortillas to be home made. Maybe it is because I am used to San Antonio and Mexico where they know how to make tortillas. Tortillas are a staple and the base of Mexican cuisine and I do not go out to eat to eat store bought garbage. I said the bean dip was odd because I had never seen bean dip served with chips before. Lastly, if I could find a manager then I would have talked to them, but as stated there wasn't even anybody around to refill our drinks. Clearly, this place is ran by rude, incompetent individuals by the response to my review and other customers that read this will see what I am saying and know what they are walking into.
