Golden House Restaurant

HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE FOOD. It took forever for anyone to even take our order and took even longer to actually get our food, which wasn’t even good. After telling the guy working the front that we weren’t satisfied with our food, he made a snarky comment about how he eats their food all the time and loves it. He didn’t offer to replace our food with something that might actually be edible or offer to take the two entrees that were barely eaten off the ticket, he just immediately stormed off and came back and dropped our ticket on the table in front of my husband and proceeded to stand at the register waiting for us to come pay. If I could rate 0 stars instead of 1, I would. We will NOT be back.

This restaurant is terrible, the workers are rude and they wouldn't even give us our fried rice. They gave us white rice instead of fried rice and they wouldn't even come back to get the order right. I recommend not ordering from here. BAD SERVICE

We ordered delivery. Our approximate wait time was 20-45 minutes. We waited over an hour and when I called, we were told our food had just finished cooking. I'm sorry, it doesn't take an hour to cook lo mein and fried rice! Unacceptable! Lost my business for good!

Waited over an hour for lo mein and fried rice! Wait time was initially estimated to be 20-45 minutes. When I called close to closing time, I was informed that they had just finished cooking our food. I'm calling Bs. It doesn't take any hour to cook what we ordered. I could have made all of that at home from scratch, in half that time!!! Lost our business for good. Completely unacceptable!

Surprisingly good Chinese food with a laid back atmosphere. The place was pretty empty when we came by just after the lunch buffet closed. Had to wait a bit for service, but we enjoyed the food.
