Burger Inn

Ordered 6 burritos - 3 sausage, 3 bacon and two unsweetened teas. Got home to find six sausage burritos (two which each had 1 slice of bacon but were clearly sausage on either end) and two sweet teas. When my husband called, the manager just said we don't make that many mistakes. We used to frequent this establishment a lot. Since they've changed ownership it is no longer on my favorites list.

Seriously have never received worse service. I had never eaten at burger inn before figured I'd give it a shot and we got there at 10:55 am and didn't even get our food till 11:15. If that wasn't irritating enough I received a small fry when I ordered a large and when I brought this to the employees attention he told me that was as good as it gets. They didn't have a large fry (yet our receipt even read large fries). So we just wanted our money back so we could get what we paid for else where. The manager approaches us and asks us what our problem was. We then brought it to his attention that we had already been waiting forever and wanted to get our money's worth. The manager then says "you guys came before 11:00 and you're mad about how long it took?" Wow is all I can say.

The staff at Burger Inn isn't just unfriendly, they are down right rude. I went there tonight and it took over 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru. I ordered a combo meal with cheese sticks, being specific to ask twice that I wanted cheese sticks and not fries. I got fries (cold to boot) and cheese steaks and was therefore overcharged. The drive-thru attendant kept saying, "what else" as I tried to tell him my order and when I asked him to confirm the ranch instead of marinara he said, "what else". No surprise when I got to the window he gave me marinara instead of ranch. What an awful experience. They have been rude on multiple occasions, over charge you, have cold food, and think they're doing you a favor by eating there. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies. Eat at your own risk!

Smothered breakfast burritos are to die for! Excellent shakes, too. We always get good service here. A long-standing favorite.

I love this place...it feels like this old timey Americana family owned place. Friendly staff. The best burger is the Maxi...get the fries...they rock!
