Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

AWESOME night out with my family! Our server was Shannon and she was great so nice, kept drinks full and food came out hot and delicious! We got the endless pasta deal and it was great, the mushroom sauce is pretty earthy so heads up if your not into that kind of taste. The Asia to garlic Alfredo is AMAZING!!! My family and I enjoyed every second of our evening. We will be back especially to have Shannon sas our server again, she was great!

Tonight the Olive Garden in Cheyenne, Wyoming went far above and beyond. It was my daughter's fifth birthday, and she chose Olive Garden as her special birthday dinner. So we pack up our five children (5,3,1,1,1) hoping that this wouldn't be a disaster. We've gone out to a restaurant with all of us as a family maybe twice ever. Donna, our hostess, set up the table the fastest I have ever seen, complete with not only three high chairs and five kids menus, but cups with crayons that the babies could shake. She even put us in a table off to the side so we wouldn't disturb anyone. Julio, our waiter, comes out maybe thirty seconds later with a whole plate full of fruit and a basket of breadsticks. We were able to order in peace and quiet because of his actions! Julio also brought out our kid's meals as soon as they were ready instead of making them wait. He knows kids! At the end of dinner, we ordered a couple desserts to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Not only did the waiters all sing to Lydia, but when our final check came they refused to charge us for the desserts! You can bet we left a very large tip, but we also wanted to make sure that those who went above and beyond for us were recognized. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

The food here is fine along with the service, it's nothing bad or exceptional. I would like to point out thought that there is a certain aspect about the staff and especially the management that is HORRIBLE! A friend of mine was physically attacked while eating here one night and the staff, while witnessing this, did not do anything to either stop or afterwords testify on what they saw happen. In other words, the management. The manager at the time came out a little after the fight began and kicked out both my friend, the one who had been attacked without any provoking, and the girl who attacked her. The only help the restaurant offered my friend was ice water and then they sent her out. The manager refused to contact the police and inform them of the incident and the manager who was on duty continued to say she didn't see anything and also refused to testify in any manner. We ended up calling the police outside and the staff refused to say anything to the police even though there had to be someone who saw it(I know at least 3 staff member watched the entire thing). This is an outrage and a disappointment that not a single employee or manager offered any sort of support or assistance. I'm never eating at this restaurant again and i hope that one day the management of this restaurant gets their act together and actually starts caring for their guests.

I had a wonderful experience here today. The staff was excellent and the food was outstanding! This store has really upped their game the last couple of years and I for one am thankful for that. I will continue to come here and enjoy the food and atmosphere.

Food was ok, app was cold. Soup was good, had steak with a pasta, ordered steak medium came out rare. Server was polite. The timing of food was very rushed, didn't have enough time to finish app and soup before food was out and getting cold.
