Luxe Ottawa

Absolutely loved my experience. This was my first time at Luxe, and everything was wonderful from start to finish. I sent an e-mail asking for a last minute appointment and managed to get an appointment 3 days later which is unheard of for any other salon I've been to in Ottawa. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The greeting was very warm and welcoming, with a short wait time to start my cut. I got a regular wash and cut with Inna who was absolutely amazing. Not only did she nail the hair style I was looking for but she really took her time with everything and gave me a lot of pointers on how to duplicate the look she gave me from home. Overall, my experience was truly 10/10, I will definitely going back to see Inna in the future! :)

Not many places you could find sugar waxing but this one is awesome! Staff are very friendly. Great services and prices are reasonable.

I went here in early December for a cut and style. I have short hair, and so I need to be selective where I go. This will definitely be my place! They paired me with Ying, who was very professional, friendly, and gave me an amazing haircut! She took the time to look over my hair and went through all options in great detail, which I very much appreciate. In addition, unbeknownst to me before I walked in the doors, I met the owner, Allison, who I actually already knew from way back in my childhood and teen years! I'm so happy to have found a great hairstylist, and at the same time will be supporting a business run by such an awesome person :)

REWRITE: I am very pleased with the results of my hair from the previous appointment. The new stylist I worked with did a great job really understanding what I wanted and how she could go about fixing the previous mistake and it turned out great! Overall the service there is awesome and Allison is wonderful. I will definitely be going back to retouch up my balayage.
