Great gym! Lots of great equipment, everything is new and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. They also have great classes, I especially recommend yoga and intense intervals. The space is quite small, so when it's busy it feels a bit crowded. But mornings, early afternoons and weekends it's usually fine.

I just love this place all of the staff are super friendly and will help you out at a moments notice. Its is always so bright and clean inside and I always feel welcome. Not to mention all the bran-spakin-new equipment! Highly recommend by me =]

Awesome gym! Very helpful and friendly staff/trainers, brand new equipment, great location, and fun classes. Have tried a few other gyms in Kelowna and the downtown Y is definitely my favourite.

Great service and variety of classes. The personal training session is very helpful and the student price is very reasonable.

Great facility. Everything is new. Lots of classes to choose from and good schedule to incorporate exercise before at lunch time or after work. The staff is great.
