Wasn't too crowded when we went on a Saturday. They have a lot of cloths made for yoga and for if your working out. Store staff was friendly. Overpriced as per usual but worth the good quality.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this store….the staff are so incredibly helpful…they treat you like royalty…listen to exactly what you need & get you exactly the right gear. Everyone at the store is SO SO amazing! Planning a trip, so have been by the store daily for all my gear. A special thanks to Monica, Elaine, Sydney, Mercedes, Sara & Joshua for providing an outstanding customer experience.
This store is a hit or miss. There has been times where the staff are welcoming and offer a helping hand. Other days, it’s like no one really acknowledges you and they give off a snobby vibe. I wish it were more consistent as I really wanted to purchase a new pair of joggers today, but I was unable to locate the pair that I wanted, nor was anyone really around to help. I would have went to Sherway Gardens if they were opened.
the staff at this location is great and helpful EXCEPT a woman named Alice. She was extremely disrespectful and condescending that i felt uncomfortable shopping there. I decided to leave and buy my clothes online. I’d be happy to explain details to a manager or head office. After her rude tone and comments towards me I smiled and told her to have a good day… she took my clothes and walked away from me without a smile or saying anything back. I then heard her talking about me to a coworker behind the fitting room desk area. how is someone so angry and disgusting at 11:30am?
One of my favourite lululemon stores!! The staff is very kind and helpful they reach out and stick with you to help find you the product you’re looking for. The store is very clean and organized Washrooms are not available Masks are mandatory The decoration and the design of the store is very well designed.
The Manager Alex is the rudest person I've ever met and she needs some serious sensitivity training. I'm not sure how she became a manager but I feel bad for her sales associates and other customers because that is a very terrible human being.
This must be one of Lululemon's most disappointing store locations out of the GTA. The store is a complete mess. Every item under the sun is all over the place. It's like there is not enough staff to put back any of the clothing or even tidy up the tables. My recommendation is to shop at any other location other than Square One. Or just go to Alo their competitors. At least the store won't be a mess.

They are at half capacity, and still don't know how to answer a phone? I called 8x no answer, you need to hire people who are not just there for a paycheck, and for the ones you have, they need to go back to grade school and learn how to do basics in life
Great customer service. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Store is very busy but the staff still try to make it a personalized shopping experience and address all needs.

We had a terrible expedience at th Mississauga square one shop. Went to exchange leggins which were 1 month old, hardly used and started peeling off in first wash. The manager said she can not exchange or return for the damaged product. When asked why, she said it is as per quality promise policy. She refused to explain the quality policy and also her name. Then she humiliated and insulted us by asking us to leave the store. We don’t know what is her name, but she was fat looking in comparison to her associates.
