My daughter and I went to Mirena's Fashions to buy ballet shoes and tights. The service was fantastic. The store attendant, Mike, was very helpful and knowledgeable with shoe fitting. Even though the store was closing, he was very patient and did not try to rush us. We will definitely come again to shop for dance wear and accessories. Thanks Mike and Mirena's Fashions for making our shopping a positive experience!
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They’ve always gone out of their way to make sure customers leave happy. This place is 5 star and I highly recommend!
Outstanding service from Yulia and all the staff!!! So kind and relatable! I love all the items that are there! So many options from jazz shoes, to dance shoes. They have so many different types of clothing styles and all are beautiful! I 1000% recommend this place for all your dance, gymnast, and figure skating needs. Best of all, they have so many options for boys AND girls.
Outstanding customer service. Great dance gear inventory. I highly recommend the store to all, dancers and non dancers. You can find all kinds of pretty gem at a good price.
Recently purchased ballet gear for our 6 year old.. she was treated like a ballerina. Great service and they provided insight into how to choose options as she grows..
They just lost a customer. I got there at 3:54pm, they close at 4pm. I watched the girl turn the closed sign as I walked to the store. I told her I just needed a pair of tights for my daughter's recital the next day. She said no, they had already closed the cash. I said I could just pay with tap. Still a no from the girl. Even after I told her I needed it for my daughter's recital and that they were supposed to still be open for another 5 minutes. Horrible customer service. Will NOT be returning!!!
