People working here are rude and grossly unprofessional. When you walk in they act like you can't afford to shop there . I asked a few questions about a jacket and she gave me one word answers. To top it they sold me the wrong jacket because they got a "new one from the back" when I came back they said no returns. So no returns on a regular price 1500 coat the day after you sold me the wrong one. Don't waste your time with these people
Rudsak as a company continues to oppress earths creations and our animal kin like raccoon dogs, foxes, rabbits, and other animals in the name of fashion and making a profit. Why should I support Rudsak when actual sustainable and compassionate alternatives exist. These animals are here with us, they don’t live to be oppressed. Why does Rudsak support industrial fur farming which contributes to ecocide of the land and waters, and poses a public health risk with the spread of covid-19 at filthy, tight-caged fur farms. Shame on you Rudsak, when will you stop being such a cruel unsustainable and unsafe brand?
They do not honour mask exemptions. Came in to buy a jacket, I just needed to try it on, and the girl refused to help me even though I kept 6 foot distance and there was no one else in the store. Will not shop here again.
Shockingly poor service. I ordered coats online, tried to return them but customer service never emailed back and they wouldn't help me in store. The MANAGER kept saying they're different companies - help me understand HOW Rudsak online doesn't have any connection to Rudsak stores in this day and age? Terrible, I will never make another purchase from them again. HOURS of frustration and ultimately charged restocking fees but only got credit for one coat, not both which they now have in their possession. I'm claiming through my cc company.
pleasant and very helpful. I was hoping to find a great modern coat that was fitted. The great thing is that Rudsak is a Canadian brand that has nice fitted silhouettes for coats that will keep you warm till -30C. How Canadian is that! I did find 2 that were pretty good but I have to admit... dropping $1200+ for a jacket wasn't my plan. I'm ok to do $700 but at $1500 is another scale altogether. I mean, the jackets felt comfortable in the store. Perhaps if they had the same style without the raccoon fur and a more reasonable price point, I would be all for it. Overall, nice styles and helpful staff but bring your platinum card.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a jacket at Toronto premium outlets for Black Friday and had my receipt stamped final sale at the register. Wanted a jacket with leather sleeves instead and they only had it at square one in my size. I'm from Markham and had called specifically to make sure they could exchange it and the woman I spoke to specifically put me on hold to ask and said yes they could and that it was the last jacket. First of all, when we got there and they saw we wanted a jacket - full of fake women pretending to be nice so they can make a sale and full of smiles, then when we got to the register, we were told we could not exchange the jacket, I explained that it took us 2 hours to actually get to the store and I specifically called, they just said no sorry, have a great day - again full of fake smiles. I went to another store, because at this point I didn't want to give them our business - we went to the Vaughan Mills location just to buy the jacket without wanting to exchange and when I told them the poor service we received at square one, the lady without hesitating looked at us and said go to your car and get the jacket we will exchange it only during this promotion. Square ONE location TERRIBLE - will never shop there or recommend to anyone. HAVE A GREAT DAY :
I was at rudsak on Black Friday. I had the worst customer experience ever !!! I walked in and a sale associate was standing staring into space ... when I approached him for help finding a jacket, he gave me so much attitude! Completely rolled his eyes at me, and told me to wait. 10 minutes later I look over and he is helping another customer with a huge smile on his face. I walked over and asked him about the jacket again ... his smile turned into a cold face real quick, I felt like he just didn't wanna help me. He told me that he's checking.... 10 minutes later he was talking to other customers and helping them. This sale associate pissed me offf so much that I just walked out. I really wanted to compliant to manager but I would have created a scene if I did that, which would ruin my day more. So I just left. Save your time and go to another location. This location disgusts me. He clearly ignored me, not once but twice!
I wish I had gotten the name of the girl who helped me, she was wonderful. I had seen 2 coats online and absolutely loved how they looked, but wanted to try them on before making my final decision. I found my size in one coat but not the other, so she went to the back and found the last one for me. I kept going back and forth between the two and she never once showed any frustration or made me feel rushed on deciding. She was so happy and friendly the whole time, even though she kept having to go to the back to find things for me. I ended up getting a new coat, mitts and slippers, I could not have been happier with the service I received and the attention to detail the associate gave. I will definitely be returning here. Well worth the drive from Guelph.
Stop profiting off of animals' skin. Can't believe in 2021 we're still exploiting and abusing animals for an overpriced jacket. Do better.
People who work here are very rude and make you feel uncomfortable while shopping. Had several times where I walked in and wasn’t greeted, meanwhile they were talking amongst themselves. I work in retail and their customer service is not it.
