Phenomenal. There is a workout for everyone from prenatal to with baby to solo to family workouts... outside, indoors, online - my favourite place to get fit!
I started here taking the prenatal yoga classes and have since joined the running group. Deb is such an awesome trainer and always upbeat and positive! I am looking forward to trying more of the mom + toddler classes this summer!
Went to my first class last week and had a great experience. Bright, open and clean space. The work out was challenging and fun. Definitely a great way to get back to pre baby weight. Looking forward to next week!
Fitness by the lake is a great place to get your workout in with your little one while meeting other moms in the community! Deb is an inspiring mother who helps motivate us new mom's to train and get back our previous baby bods. Very clean, open space to workout in!
