Lovely studio space. Parking is great, easy access with transit and highways near by—Beautiful people!! Awesome atmosphere!!

This studio is super clean and friendly. I come whenever I’m in town.  I would highly recommend.  Their classes are easy to follow and so fun.  You break a great sweat even if it’s not the hot classes.   So worth it and you leave feeling so accomplished.

Love this studio! Workouts are easy to follow, and great for all ages. The instructors are super sweet, and the staff is very nice. The 60 minute hot yoga is incredible!!! I’m use to going to a boot camp but I thought I’d give myself a change by joining Hot Yoga and Pilates. I highly recommend this place for a good workout :

Amazing studio, love the new class they added. Great times. Fits everyone's schedule. Big room with high ceilings. High heat, perfect challenge. Good sized change rooms, very clean, great location, wonderful staff and most of all great energy
