My husband and I have been looking for the right outdoor soccer cleats for our son and Soccer Maxx has a wide selection of products. Thank-you Mike and Alex for your excellent professionalism and expertise. You guys were extremely helpful!!
Buyers Beware!! They will charge you $20 just to do a return!!! Very disappointed in the service from this store. I purchased a pair of indoor soccer shoes for $160 online and they were shipped to me. Once I received them, I realized they were slightly too tight. They noted that we have to cover shipping fees to return a product so instead I decided to drive an hour to their store location and return them in person. The attendant noted nothing about a difference in the return value and happily accepted the return. Instead the next day when I received a follow up email, it showed that I was out a difference of $20. I phoned the store thinking this must be an error, only for the same attendant to inform me that no this is in fact correct and they charge you a re-stocking fee. So now I’m out $20 and had to make a two hour trip, still with no shoes as they didn’t have the size I needed. If I had known this, I would have kept the shoes and sold them on marketplace instead so I would at least get my full amount back. They are sneaky and apparently just implemented this re-stocking fee two months ago. So if that is the case they should make this more aware to their customers when issuing a return. Buyers beware and do not purchase from here unless you know for sure they will fit. Not an accommodating retailer!
Went in to purchase shoes I confirmed they have on their website. I tried them on and floor attendant confirmed the price on the website. When I went to pay for them another store attendant said the website was wrong and the price was almost double. When I ask him to honour the price he he got mad and refused. He did not honour the price error according to the Canadian manadate. Very disappointed.
Received a pair of cleats for a Christmas present that was bought online- soccer Maxx will not do an exchange for a larger size after we said we could pay for shipping and totally ignored our email. Was going to just buy the same pair but in a larger size as we are on the west coast. No point in buying cleats online here because the exchange policy is horrible and they don’t have respect to get back to emails to figure out a solution.
That one dude with the beard was very helpful and knowledgeable, his friend was also very good, he knew what sizes of each shoe they had in stock. Store has a wide selection of cleats, turf, and indoor soccer shoes.
Found this place on Google and decided to give it a try. Great family run store. Owner Max and his sons are very accommodating. I brought my own shirts there for them to heat press name, number and patches. Amazing work! Would definitely recommend this store to everyone!
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Older gentleman wearing mask glared as we walked in and didn’t say hi until I said hi. Red flag, right off the bat. Didn’t ask if we needed help. Very cold, miserable.
A great shopping experience with expert advice given so my daughter could buy the right leather cleats for the fields that she plays on.
Got the kid shoes socks tape had everything I needed and great service
The salesperson gave me the wrong size of socks. When I came back to return them, I had the receipt and the bar tag but I had unclipped it from the socks. The person that works there said that I can't return because he doesn't have the plastic to hang them for another customer. Lame excuse and bad service.
