If you visit Chautauqua county be sure to include a stop at Luensman Overview Park. This quiet, relatively unknown Chautauqua County Park has the best view of Lake Erie you will find. There are grills and picnic tables with some tables under cover. The trail is pretty, short and very easy. While the trail is not handicap accessible other parts of the park are. There is a bathroom facility and water. The park is open seasonally (Spring to November). Google maps will get you there but it is only 10 minutes drive from Westfield, 20 minutes from Mayville or the Chautauqua Institution, and 25 minutes from Bemus Point.

Very nice place! We just went to watch the sun start to set. Lots of room for kids, picnic tables, grills, parking and more.
