Great place for everybody. The park surrounding the beach is used for musical events, picnics, and so on. There is a playground for the children. In the winter, people come to the park for sledding. There is a dock for boaters to come in off the lake to visit the old historic village of Lakewood with its cool shops and family operated restaurants.

Nice park the only thing that would make it better is an open free beach.

The beach is always locked but the kids love the playgrounds. Great for dog walks.

We went for the fourth of July events and had a great time. The $15 cost for unlimited access to the 4 bounce houses was a little high but a much better deal than paying 2 tickets per turn at $1 per ticket. The venders offered a wide variety of food and drinks. A special shout out to Conduit Ministries for providing free snow cones.

Very clean and well-maintained. Keep bug spray end of summer with you.
