Food was good. The best part wasnt the food though, it was our wait staff. 2 gentlemen- Steve and another man whose name I didn’t get but he brought the bread and drinks out. The atmosphere and service made us feel like we were eating at family’s house. Very comfortable and inviting. 5 stars not for outstanding food, but GREAT service and passion. Would come again and again.
We were extremely surprised that the shrimp scampi did not come over pasta. We were offered our choice of string beans or potatoes. I opted for string beans with my fish and it seemed like someone took a handful of salt and sprinkled it on the string beans I couldn't eat them. The brazini was absolutely fabulous. They were even able to take an appetizer and turn it into a main dish. I am not a bread person but the bread in their bread basket was fabulous. Parking: Easy location for the parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Roll on in
Absolutely delicious authentic Italian cuisine! Charming and tidy atmosphere. The staff is polite, professional and personable. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough! 5 stars!
All star ratings are for the bathroom, not the establishment. Luciano's bathrooms have 1 major thing going for them... They're super far from the dining room. They're tucked back down a hallway....that is used for storage. The finishes are great, 1 stall, 1 urinal, no paper towel while I was there. This is a pretty decent option if you need one.
I'd heard rave reviews of this place for years so we went there for our 7th wedding anniversary. I tried to be forgiving because I know what restaurants are dealing with right now, but I just wasn't impressed. At all. We liked the decor - it's very reminiscent of being in Italy. But honestly, we could have gone to to our local fav Firenze and spent 20% as much and had better food and service. My husband ordered his steak MR; it came out well done. I ordered the spaghetti alla Napolatana with ricotta- it was described as thick. I would describe it as chunky, the ricotta included. My salad and my husband's soup were both very good. Our appetizer - Insalate Capri- was very flavorful. I was hesitant about the avocado but it lended a delightful creaminess to the dish. The only other joy to our experience was the busser or back server?. She was quite attentive. Our main server complained about getting sat too many tables and having them be mad because they were understaffed. We ordered a super Tuscan at $100+ and it just wasn't good. It was too warm. I couldn't even drink 2 full glasses. I wish our server had guided us more on menu and wine choices. I kind of expect that at this price point.
Definitely a place worth stopping at! A classic Italian restaurant with friendly staff and excellent food. I don't think there is anything on the menu that isn't delicious. The tiramisu at Luciano's is the best I have ever had!!!Food: 4/5
fantastic all the way around. great atmosphere, good value for $ spent. the singer Joe and his assistant are fabulous. staff is very nice and efficient. the bus boy was great, don't forget to tip him separately. lots of free parking. taste and quality of food was excellent.
Very disappointed. Reservation was made on Thursday for Saturday. Arrived and was told there was no reservation, but they would "see what they could do." Got a table in a cold room that had a baby shower going on. The waiter kept rushing us to order. Didn't want an appetizer and was rushed to order dinner. Got a bread basket and asked for butter or oil. Never received either. One order asked for salad, but received soup. No staff was around to even correct the order. Another order asked for potatoes but received asparagus until the "potatoes were ready." Never received the potatoes. Ordered Veal Saltinbacca and instead of a lemon caper sauce it had a brown sauce. Again, no staff around to even ask for corrections. The only time wait staff was attentive was to clear plates or try to remove the wine bottle even though there was still wine in it. Was never asked if we wanted dessert, which we would have had. We were celebrating a special occasion. Chose this restaurant over another as I thought it would be upscale all the way around. Apparently, I thought wrong. Would not recommend this restaurant.
Went there after a funeral for late lunch. It was really good. They were very busy. The bread was delicious!! I had a delicious grilled steak. I don't remember the exact name. I would definitely go back and recommend to a friend.
Love the food. Hostess was on the phone for about 5 minutes when we arrived to be seated. Never acknowledged us until she was done on the phone. Place wasn't that busy and no one else bothered to try and seat us either. Food was excellent as always and waitress was nice but took a long time to check on us after our food was delivered. We will be back, hopefully with improved customer service.
