Only been here twice and both times left me disappointed. First time, the people were rude when I asked what coffee would they recommend. It was like they wanted me to get in and get out, even though it was empty. Second time, I had issues with an email saying I can get a free birthday drink when I log into my account. It kept saying I cannot get one after I logged in. I couldn't find a number to call and decided to go up there while I was in the neighborhood to see if one of the workers can help. When I got there, the girl at the counter was so rude. She kept cutting me off saying "all I do is swipe cards, I can't help you. Call the number." I asked what number should I call, she gave me a gift card and said call the number on the back of the card. I pointed out that there was no number on the card. She grabbed it out of my hands, rolled her eyes and went to the back. I heard her saying to another worker about how I'm wasting her time. After she gave me the number, I left. Never once have I given her an attitude. I work in a kitchen and anytime a customer comes in and their freebie email/app special isn't working, I manager comp it. That is how you keep your customers happy. They couldn't even do that? I will NOT be coming to this location again. If the manager thinks that customer service is acceptable, I can't imagine how the manager must be. Just lost a customer that is new to the area and loved your coffee...

I love this location! Whoever talks about their customer service being bad must not be a very good people person, and or doesn't see their own attitude. I've been coming here for two years and have gotten service from every worker, they go above and beyond. Great place to study and talk. The owner is Awesome!! I will be coming here for the foreseeable future.

I have been going to this Biggby location for a few years now. Though I moved for college, whenever I'm home and nearby I like stopping here for coffee. I wish the Open Mics that Eric and some others do still went on when I'm in town but unfortunately I do miss them because of finals or classes but I'm excited to stick around for the summers. :) This location has gone through quite a few changes so it isn't the same as it was a few years ago but it's still awesome. They added some more games and books. The new ice cream from what I have tried is really good too! (I don't really like the newish "No outside food allowed" because personally I have been here a few times and spent hours here when I'm sometimes for personal study or homework, but not much anyone can do about it. Still great coffee. I think their hours are back to normal now as well which is great. In case anyone was wondering, they actually do have a wide selection. You should ask and usually Biggby locations have a wide selection on a regular menu kind of format that they will hand to you and let you look at for other coffee choices.

Had a meeting there.The staff was incredible. The various beverages we ordered were exceptional. I will go back and send all my friends.

I'm not very pleased with this particular coffee shop! They have littered our township with 25 (or more) Snipe/Bandit signs at most of the main traffic intersections. I'm perplexed that they think it's OK to use community property as their personal billboard. Yes, it is illegal! Section 20-9 "Prohibited Signs" of the Macomb Township code!! Very arrogant indeed!! I'm not a fan of self-serve coffee either.
