Great Food! But the customer service i received over the phone while placing my order was terrible! James was extremely rude and shouldn't be on the phone.  I considered just hanging up and not continuing to place my order because of him.

Love Potbelly.  Food is always fresh. They put sandwich together neatly. And they don't cheat you with ingredients.  Very very Good!

OK sandwiches that can be bland at times. I took one home and toasted it and it was way better. The menu selections could use improvement, the shakes are small but good.  The chairs in the dining area are really filthy.
