Brewery Restaurant

I waited until the day of Valentine's Day to get a reservation. They had someone answering the phones before hours to answer questions and take reservations, which was nice. I was able to get an 8 pm reservation and when we arrived a bit early (740) they were actually able to seat us immediately. The wait staff was all very attentive and polite. Just enough socialization to be friendly but not overly intrusive. I ordered the Mussel appetizer that was on special and it turns out that it was good we were only planning on drinks and apps because the mussels were definitely meant to be split, the bowl was very large and filled with at least 20 mussels. Cooked perfectly in a great sauce with fresh spinach and tomatoes. My wife had the French Onion soup and she said it was great. The one surprise was that there is NO beer on tap. With a name like "The Brewery" you would think that there would be taps for beer....(But that was on me for not doing my research, not the restaurant.) The selection of Large cans and bottles (16-24 oz) of craft brewed beer did make up for the lack of taps as I was able to find a beer from a Michigan brewery that paired well with my meal. My wife also appreciated the full bar. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice candle-lit dinner and night out.

Ever since my Husband and I moved to Clinton Township, everybody tells us that we have to try The Brewery. I am so glad that we finally did. The service was great, my cup of water never got completely empty, and the food was delicious. We each had a steak and the chop stix and shrimp appetizer was amazing. My husband was looking forward to trying the prime rib, which has been highly recommended to him by many, but unfortunately they do not serve that any more FYI.

Pizza and beer was great. Service was friendly and answered all questions on the menu. That said, I found myself waiting for them to take the order and to bring the check. Seating is also a little cramped but when they open up the top deck it likely gets more comfortable.

Service was perfect. Steak was good. The calamari was really good. Little on the expensive side but still good. Would return.

Had an AWESOME experience with the woman I love, and an extraordinary Uncle that I wish I would have taken more time for in the past, but look forward to in the future.
